Last night's Flipping Out had Jeff Lewis and crew back to normal after the gorgeous wedding of Jenni Pulos.  However, tension flares between Zoila Chavez and Gage Edward.  It's a cat fight of epic proportions between Miss Piggy and Barbie Bitch!  This looks like a job for Dr. Donna!

Jeff's cat Monkey has an eye infection and can't keep any food down, so he has Jenni make a vet appointment.  Monkey is his first pet, and he's had him for twelve years.  Jeff begins teasing Zoila about making an unintentional but inappropriate hand gesture when asking the security guard through the window if he wanted some water.  Everyone but Jenni jumps on board and makes fun of her about it.  Zoila gets upset, and Jenni scolds everyone for bullying.  Jeff tells Zoila that she can dish it but can't take it.  Looks like that therapy session didn't help as much as one could have hoped!

In the car, Jeff jokes with Vanina about her recent break-up, promising her she'll find love again.  If Jenni can do it, anyone can!  Jenni stays quiet, but when Jeff asks her what's wrong she brings up his awful wedding jokes.  He talks about how is ADD was all over the place during speech after boring speech, and he didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings.  He admits to being rude, but only because he was subjected to so many horribly long toasts.  Jenni reminds Jeff that Jonathan hasn't known him as long as she has, so he may be more sensitive to Jeff's humor.  She gets some semblance of an apology, and all is well.

Last night's Flipping Out showed a break down in the relationship between Jeff Lewis and Zoila Chavez, and they head to therapy after some tense fighting.  Jenni Pulos and Gage Edward are very secondary on the episode, with Andrew barely making an appearance.  He's certainly toned it down, hasn't he? 

Jeff sees Lupe as a long term employee, and he wants her to come on full time to help Zoila.  He has Zoila translating for Lupe since Lupe speaks very little English and Jeff knows zero Spanish.  He admits that he probably should have found another translator because as far as he knows, Zoila could be telling Lupe to hand over half of her salary.  Zoila will be Lupe's manager, a title she clearly loves, but Jeff still needs to stir the pot and encourage some friendly competition between the two maids.  Gage unveils a portrait of Lupe (seriously?  I have got to work for this man.), and you can see how threatened Zoila is. 

We learn that Jenni lives across the street from Jeff's brother Todd and his wife.  Todd has become such good friends with Jenni's fiance that he will be planning the bachelor party.  He and Jeff tease Jenni about strip clubs and hookers.  Jenni is a tad worried about the party where Todd is concerned, but she really doesn't listen to Jeff…it's not like he knows what goes on at bachelor parties!  Jeff, Jenni, and Vanina are meeting with Extra producer Lisa to pick out tile and back splashes for her home.  They are not having much luck finding something that Lisa likes.  When they finally do, Jenni raps to celebrate.  On the way home, Jeff chides Jenni about her pre-marital counseling.  Jenni reveals that the priest thinks she interrupts too much, and Jeff is thrilled that someone else has finally noticed.

Even though I was excited about meeting Jeff Lewis' grandmother on last night's Flipping Out, I have to say this was a very depressing episode.  I hate seeing any of my favorite neurotic design team sad or sullen or in a tizzy!  However, I will say the Spring Oak finished product looks ah-maz-ing! 

Jeff is preparing to move to Spring Oak, so he teases Zoila Chavez about cleaning it before they move.  He's ready to be back in a party house where everyone can relax and not be on top of one another.  Currently he feels like he and Gage live in an office space with a bedroom.  Nancy is taking orders for lunch, and Jeff takes it upon himself to order a salad and direct weight gain digs at the bride-to-be Jenni Pulos.  He says it will definitely be Jenni's Big Fat Greek Wedding.  Zoila comes to Jenni's defense saying that she herself is fat as well, and Jeff devises a plan to have Zoila stand next to Jenni during the ceremony to make her look thinner.  Jenni is so good natured about the teasing…probably because she knows she looks great.  Plus, she's hired a trainer.

I have been waiting on pins and needles to learn the darker side of Andrew Coleman!  I don't think we even hit the tip of the iceberg with the most recent episode, but I can't wait to hear what y'all think!

Last night's Flipping Out resumes with Andrew schreeching out of the parking lot.  Gage Edward enlists Nancy to help fill the gaps.  He's very excited to see Andrew hit the road.  Jeff Lewis is floored, and he's scrambling to figure how to take over the projects Andrew was handling.  He really thought Andrew was an asset to the office, so he's confused as to what has happened.  Zoila Chavez does her best impersonation of Andrew storming out which Gage finds hilarious.  Too soon for Jeff though.  Too soon.

Jeff questions Jenni Pulos as to whether he should have seen some signs.  What else did Andrew lie to him about?  Jeff seems be hurt that things ended the way they did, and Jenni tells him not to beat himself up over the situation.  He declares he's going to start doing back ground checks and checking references.  Too little too late for Andrew!  Jeff reveals that he followed up with Andrew's resume after he quit and it was a total embellishment.  Someone really wanted to be on Bravo.

Last night's Flipping Out was all about Andrew.  Jeff Lewis thinks that Andrew is really fitting into the office, both for his design taste and ridiculous personality.  As with everything else, they can manage to sexualize a towel rod.  While Gage Edward recognizes that working with such a cast of characters certainly makes the day more entertaining, he isn't quite sure it's how a business should be run.  After some tension and arguing in Chicago regarding Jenni Pulos' wedding plans, Jenni gives Jeff a heartfelt card in hopes of putting the negativity behind them.  Jeff appreciates the note, but he teases Jenni that he deserves more than a $50 gift card since he's walking her through life.  I want to remind Jeff that he already thinks Jenni is spending too much money on this wedding, so he should count his lucky stars!

Jeff's client Lisa can't get over how he treats Jenni.  Jenni, of course, just rolls with the punches.  Lisa is the senior executive producer of Extra, and she hired Jeff to do a few smaller projects around her new home.  In true Jeff fashion, he was able to convince her to do a total overhaul, and now she's concerned about the giant budget.  Like all of Jeff's clients, she does have fun with all the insanity. 

Gage is diligently working on Gramercy.  He really isn't onboard with moving into Spring Hill.  Jeff, meanwhile, is hoping to get Spring Hill finished and permits acquired so they can move in quickly.  Jeff likes that he doesn't have to micro-manage Andrew on all of these projects, although Andrew's comments around contractors and clients are worrying Jenni in her newly minted HR position.
