Jenelle Evans has been on her very best behavior lately — thanks to MTV's cameras I'm sure. There's no doubt in my mind that the only reason MTV filmed a new season of Teen Mom 2 is to show Jenelle's redemption.
Yesterday's stop on Jenelle's redemption tour was family court to discuss the $130/month child support payment she's been paying to her mother, Barbara Evans, for Jace. An inside source (probably named Jenelle) told Radar, "Mrs. Barbara Evans was in court with her daughter Jenelle, and she agreed to stop having Jenelle pay the child support."
Jenelle has been caring for Jace on a regular basis – and they seem happy. Let's hope it continues now that MTV's cameras have moved out and Jenelle's off the hook (if you can consider $130 on the hook) financially.
Oh no. Say it isn't so! Teen Mom 2'sJenelle Evans spends so little time with her first son Jace, that I can only imagine what would happen should the train wreck reality star choose to procreate again. Bad decisions courtesy of MTV, don't you know!
We watched Jenelle drift in and out of horribly dysfunctional relationships and engagements while chasing Ke$ha, weed, and whoever could sell her a quick high. Several rehab stints, God awful tattoos and poor choices later, she's found the #loveofherlife. Sure she has! Purely speculation here, thanks to Jenelle's life playing out on social media, but do we think she could possibly be expecting again?
Jenelle Evans needs a hobby that doesn't involve the backseat of a cop car.
In case you missed it, Jenelle's latest boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, was hauled off to jail Saturday morning for DUI, driving on a suspended license, speeding in a reduced speed zone, driving on the wrong side of the road, disobeying a police officer, and resisting arrest.
New details have emerged about Nathan's arrest. Two words: taser and vomit.
Never a dull moment for Jenelle Evansand her men. This week it's her beau Nathan Griffith in trouble with the law. Nathan was arrested early this morning (2:18 a.m.) for DUI, resisting arrest, driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding in a reduced speed zone, disobeying an officer and oh yeah..driving on a suspended license!! Happy early birthday to Nathan!
The reportedly sober couple had a night out that ended with a bang. Here's the list from Nathan's arrest paperwork:
Resisting Arrest – No bail set
Driving Under Suspension – No bail set
Speeding in a Reduced Speed Zone – $133.50
Driving on Wrong Side of the Road – $237.50
DUI – Pretrial – No bail set
Disobeying a police officer – $315.00
Jenelle, of course, is denying the events of the evening on Twitter and via her "official PR rep" Twitter account.
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to Twitter to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here's a roundup of some of our favorite photos from the Twitterverse this week! Enjoy!
Dustin Sullivan, the judge whisperer, managed to get Jenelle's most serious charges – simple assault; possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute; possession of Percocet – dropped. The Teen Mom 2 star pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 18 months of unsupervised probation.
Jenelle was free to go about her normal day, which usually consists of video gaming, napping, soaking in the tub, and cyber bullying former besties, random fans, former boyfriends, and husband Courtland Rogers. However, she failed a drug test issued by the court, so to the slammer she went for 48 hours.
Jenelle was released from jail Wednesday morning. What. A. Spectacle.
Naturally, Courtland tweeted his way through his visit, "Life might not always be fair but at least I'm alive to witness what really matters. This sobriety s–t is amazing!"
In the end, Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 18 months of unsupervised probation. Charges surrounding a schedule II controlled substance (Percocet) and assault against Courtland were dropped.
Not a bad day in court for Jenelle, err, until the judge requested a drug test. Dustin Sullivan has reported that she tested positive for marijuana, sharing, "The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive."
