Bravo Ratings Round Up: Don’t Be Tardy, Married To Medicine, Real Housewives of Orange County, & The Kandi Factory

Bravo is busy rolling out a ton of new shows and heavily promoting some old favorites. They've recently had some trouble in the Real Housewives of Atlanta spinoff department though!

Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burruss are arguing off-screen over legal issues, and they are also fighting it out to save their spinoffs from being canned next season. Bravo, who apparently loves them some Kandi (probably because she is on the hugely successful RHOA), moved The Kandi Factory to Sunday nights in an effort to boost viewership

Last week the move worked and TKF received a bump in ratings. There was also a fist fight…  Unfortunately it's only temporary! Bravo Ratings says that this week's showing didn't even rank in cable's Top 100 shows. Even worse, this Sunday's episode garnered only 596,000 viewers, down 32% from last week and "rated lower than three of the four occasions it aired on Tuesdays." Ouch. I think we can expect that one won't be renewed! This weekend is the season finale.

Moving on to Married To Medicine, the show which was an initial boon to the network following RHOA, has been swallowed up amid other competitive Sunday night programming. Revenge anyone?

This week's 'Sorry I brawl gowned with you' episode grabbed only 1,184,000 million viewers, down 400,000 from last week. I still think M2M will be coming back for a second season and be paired strategically behind a Housewives show. The season finale is also this Sunday.

In other news, Sheree Whitfield's appearance on WWHL also didn't enthrall. It was the LOWEST RATED episode of the year! BWHAWHA… I guess She By SheBroke's career in reality TV is as dead as ChatNO She Never Gonna Move In

Moving on to Monday night, Real Housewives of Orange County is still doing pretty solid. Last week the show almost broke 2 million viewers in the key demographic, but this week they lost some.

Bravo Ratings reveals that they were down 7.7%, with 1,810,000 million viewers tuning in at the original 9/8c airing time. Fear not, because viewership tends to majorly pick up as the seasons progress and the drama explodes.

Newlyweds, another of Bravo's freshmen reality shows which airs immediately after RHOC, maintained steady numbers from last week's premiere. People simply cannot get enough Tarzina apparently. I know I can't! The show pulled in 947,000 viewers which is good numbers for a show very outside the Bravo repertoire of soft-reality (aka super fabricated drama but sans actors).

And on Tuesday, Kim got a bit of a resurgence in viewers. The audience for Don't Be Tardy has been falling week after week, but as Kim's legal issues with her parents were being explored on this week's episodes she was able to pull in more viewers. I think people actually just wanted to see Kim cry and show some actual emotions!

Bravo tweeted that Kim's viewership was up 24% landing almost 1.2 Million watchers. I think it's extremely disheartening that people just want to watch her family breakdown as she and her parents slam each other in the press and drag it into court all while Kim's girls are at the center of the drama.

Still Kim has a loooong way to go if she wants to hang onto that spinoff. Especially with NeNe Leakes' wedding special gunning for her! This is the first time she's cracked the 1 M mark since the series premiered!
