Tamra "I Think She's Going By 'Judge' Now" Barney is back to haunt our TV screens, but it seems for once Tamra's life is less dramatic behind the scenes (ahem… custody dispute!).
The premiere episode of Real Housewives of Orange County lacked Gretchen Rossi but featured what appeared to be fractures in Tamra's friendship with Heather Dubrow. However, in her Bravo blog Tamra makes light of their frustrations with Heather's 'know it all' attitude.
"Tonight's show was refreshing, silly and a lot of fun. True friends in Hawaii having a good time," Tamra begins. "Vicki [Gunvalson] learns the English language, I learn the proper temperature to store red wine and plumeria is not a venereal disease. No drama yet…but stay tuned!"

Tamra continues, "I'm proud of Heather and very happy to go to Hawaii to support her on Hawaii Five-O. I know first hand that being a working mom with small kids is never easy. Heather has her career back on track, and she is doing a great job juggling life. Bravo, Heather!"
Moving on, Tamra talks Gretchen and reaffirms they are not friends! "Let me further explain my comment about Gretchen: The last time I saw her was at my wedding. She showed up, ate, drank, danced, smiled and acted like she was happy to be there. Then I hear she and Slade were giving interviews saying that the only reason I got married was to get a spin-off show. Very hurtful! I wish her well, however I don't choose to have people like that in my life. Truth be told, a simple card that said congrats would have been meaningful."
GRETCHEN DIDN'T LEAVE REALITY TV BEHIND!
With Gretchen out of the picture new Housewife Shannon Beador is moving right in – fantastic house and all! Tamra says initially everyone liked Shannon, but alas… stay tuned!
"Shannon seemed to fit in immediately. I don't want to give too much away, but friendships are put to the test," Tamra hints. "I did not get the pleasure to meet Dr. Moon in person but heard a lot about him. I'm fully confused what he does after seeing this week's episode, but trying to keep an open mind. I love that Shannon lives a holistic life….or does she?"
Finally Tamra updates us on her children and reveals they will definitely not be featured this season – except for her son Ryan. We'll be getting a lot of him. "You will not see my beautiful kids this season and it bums me out. They are all doing great, getting so big and so smart," Tamra shares. "It's hard sharing custody, I miss them so much when they are with their father. But I realize it's part of divorce, and it's best to have both parents in your children's life, so we share 50/50 custody. I would not wish divorce on any child, but I always say 'Divorce doesn't hurt kids, bitter parents do.'" Let's hope marriage number three sticks than Tam!
"Ryan is 28 and you will see a lot of him this season," Tamra concludes. "He is faced with some life-altering issues and by the end of the season he throws me a curve ball."
