NeNe Leakes mediator and peace-maker on Real Housewives Of Atlanta? Uhhh… anyway, she tried it! Phaedra Parks applauds the effort and says NeNe’s heart was in the right place when she tried to bring together Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams.
“I think it was a great move on NeNe’s part to get everyone at the table to lay a foundation for a more peaceful existence. There was a lot of emotion and even more history sitting at that table, and it’s going to take a lot of work on everyone’s part to get along,” Phaedra says.
“Whenever there are conflicts like this, I think it is important for each person to recognize what the others are and are not capable of,” Phaedra continues. “If you understand a person’s limitations, and adjust your expectations accordingly, there is a much greater chance of success.”

Interesting statement coming from Phaedra who has, what seems to be, very limited capacity for forgiveness or accepting fault? Well at least where Kenya and Apollo are concerned, but wounded pride runs deep and cuts deeper.
Phaedra won’t reveal whether or not any of these so-called resolutions stick (I’m gonna go with NO!), nor will she choose sides! “Like I have said many times, this is none of my business, so I am going to stay out of it. I will say that, as with most things in life, time will tell.”
Phaedra and Kenya have been at odds for years although rumor has it they start to build a relationship later in the season but since Phaedra is besties with Porsha she’s not gonna call her out for being rude or a spiteful. Question: is it more silly to apologize if you don’t mean it, fake apologize just to try and move forward, or pretend you want to make amends when it’s really just an act to further your fabricated redemption tour?
Phaedra is also suddenly friends with NeNe and therefore has kept her distance from NeNe and Cynthia Bailey’s issues.
Moving along, Phaedra won’t discuss much about Apollo Nida, save to say her mother has been a constant confidante throughout. “My mother is and always has been my rock. She is a tremendous source of strength for me, and provides me with guidance, love, and faith. I know that I can rely on her, and that she will always be there for me.”
“Much of what I have learned about being a mother comes from my mom, and she has instilled in me a very good maternal instinct on which I rely everyday,” Phaedra writes. “I am incredibly grateful to have my mother there for both the good and the bad times.”
I guess Phaedra’s mother also instilled in her the art of a killer read and the ability to literally turn a blind eye and ignore, ignore, ignore? Don’t worry, though – God is watching! Kidding, kidding.
