Sutton Stracke Seemingly Moving Out Of Kyle Richards’ Old Home; Kyle’s Daugher Alexia Umansky Lists The House

It’s getting harder to be a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills friend to Sutton Stracke.  Her behavior gets more and more erratic with each cast event.  The more Crystal Kung Minkoff doesn’t react to her, the more it triggers Sutton over the edge.  Last time it was all about ugly leather pants.  And with Sutton hollering and pouring herself a shot, it just gets harder to defend her or be on her side.  Though Kyle Richards continues to be a true friend to her.

But that also may be a conflict of interest being that Sutton is also renting her Bel-Air home.  It was a deal between friends.  Kyle needed a tenant until she found a buyer, and Sutton couldn’t live at her own house during renovations.  So as long as this agreement was on, it tied Kyle to the unbalanced Sutton.  Thankfully for Kyle, it looks like Sutton is out of the picture, or at least out of her home.

Kyle and Mauricio Umansky’s daughter, Alexia Umansky who works at her father’s real estate firm, listed her childhood home on Instagram last weekend.  This led to speculation that Sutton must have moved back out of the place.  Perhaps back to her own house.

Alexia posted, “one that I hold near and dear to my heart” along with a series of pictures of the lavish interior and grounds of the property.  “Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in coveted Upper Bel Air,” the listing continued, “7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, Theatre, Office, Pool, Multi-purpose sport court (paddle tennis, pickle ball, a putting green), Large grassy lawn, Multiple areas for entertaining (indoor and out), Bright and airy kitchen, and 5 Fireplaces.”

RHOBH fans will well know their way around this house, as it was featured in the series for many years.  Alexia wrote, “for those of you that don’t know, this was my family home for many years and let me tell you.. the love I have for this house will never fade. A true treasure.”

This “true treasure,” especially if you’re a fan of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, can be yours for $6,750,000.  Fans posted reveries of the house.  The White Parties, and the many scenes of Kyle cooking up meals.  It’s almost as if it brings up RHOBH nostalgia for us all.
