The Real Housewives of Orange County is in the midst of filming Season 16, and the ladies have a whole lot of redemption to do. The show took an ugly turn last year that shined a glaring light that a cast shakeup was necessary. Heather Dubrow took matters into her own hands by returning to the show. And Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke finally got pink-slipped. It was long overdue.
I cannot hide my excitement for a return of Fancy Pants. She’s RHOC gold. And hasn’t been shy about teasing the upcoming season whenever she gets a chance. HD recently guest-hosted on Bravo’s Chat Room and shared a teaser that has fans’ heads collectively spinning, E! Online reports. “So here’s the thing, we’re about to go on a trip on the show and it seems as though there may be a little shakeup — a little plot twist — about to happen on this trip,” she teased. OK so a Jill Zarin moment, we love.
Porsha Williams got straight to guessing. “I am going to freakin decode this. Let me set the scene for you,” Porsha said. “I feel like the girls might be on a trip and there might be a Vicki [Gunvalson] pop-up. I’m just saying.” Girlll that would be a shock after the OG of the OC’s explosive exit from the show. But I’m skeptical if it is Vicki – will she be able to travel anywhere since she allegedly isn’t into COVID-19 vaccines? Michael Wolfsmith, weigh-in, please.

It seems more likely to me that Tamra Judge will be making a return. Tammy Sue is messy and always down for a Heather Dubrow moment. She’s been teasing a return hard for months now so it only seems right. It’s clearly not going to be Kelly since she will stop at nothing to bash her former gig now that she’s gone. And if it’s Braunwyn showing up to confront her friends that took her job, a whole lot of fans will be tuning out. Whether it’s Tamra or Vicki, either way, it’ll piss of Shannon Beador which is always entertaining.
Heather didn’t confirm or deny Porsha Luther King’s guess. “All I can say is it’s going to be fun,” she said. I can’t believe I’m saying this after last season, but bring on RHOC baby. I’m ready for a revival.
