Any connections Ariana Madix once had with Tom Sandoval are thankfully done. The two former Vanderpump Rules cast members dated from 2013 to 2024. The breakup came about after Tom had cheated on her with her former BFF, Rachel Leviss. Ariana claims that she and Tom were still tied by one thing until recently.
The Love Island USA host feels confident that the house she and Tom lived in for years has been sold. This news comes as a massive relief for Ariana, who had been in a lengthy court battle with Tom since their split, which lasted two years.

It appears a massive burden has been lifted off the shoulders of Ariana. In a conversation with Katie Maloney and Dayna Kathan on the Disrespectfully podcast, Ariana said that she is “pretty sure it’s closed,” referring to the sale of their home. At the time of the interview, she said there might be a couple more DocuSigns to complete while the money hadn’t yet gone into her account. She says that she wants to “invest that money somewhere else, and I think that was really the last thing,” regarding her physical ties to Tom.
Ariana is excited about the deal being all but done and pleased that she’ll receive her investment. She and Tom made headlines in 2024 after Ariana filed a lawsuit asking for partition by sale. That meant the court would sell the home, with the proceeds split.
The legal battle between Ariana and Tom ended in January of this year when a representative for the former filed a notice of settlement for the case. “I see people online who think that I’m not getting any money from the sale. Uh, yes, I am,” said Ariana. In February, Ariana was spotted leaving the home for a final time.
