Kim Richards is, once again, being sued over her dog Kingsley attacking someone. You know the dog she supposedly got rid of two years ago because of his overly-aggressive behavior. This time the plaintiff is stylist Paige Sanderson who alleges that the incident occurred at Kyle Richards‘ house, and that Kim conspired with her attorney to cover-up the incident.
Paige’s suit claims that in April she was styling Kim at Kyle’s house for a Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills related appearance, and Kingsley, now presumably registered under a new name, was restrained somewhere on the premises.

At some point, Kim’s son Chad Davis, who is also named a defendant, released the dog, and it immediately lunged at Paige, giving her gruesome injuries in the “lower abdomen and crotch, tearing off her leggings and underwear and ripped out portions of flesh between her legs and genitalia.” (If your immediate reaction was ‘HOLY CRAP! OH MY GOD!’ you are not alone.)
Here’s where things get extremely – EXTREMELY – dicey. Kim’s attorney, Bruce London, was also present – why, it’s unclear – and when Paige arrived at Kyle’s a source reveals that she was required to surrender her cell phone to avoid potentially breaching confidentiality. Like she may record something, or take photos, then leak that information. This is fairly standard when dealing with celebrities (as if Kim and Kyle fall into that category. HA!).

Following Kingsley’s attack, instead of calling 911, Kim and her attorney reportedly “formulated a scheme” in which Mr. London would drive Paige to the hospital and intercept personnel to say that Paige was attacked by a stray dog. Excuse me – but why exactly is this dog so important to Kim?! Since Paige was allegedly without access to her phone (plus bleeding profusely and probably in shock), she couldn’t call for help on her own.
Paige’s suit goes on to attest that Mr. London “fraudulently filled out hospital papers to ensure the hospital staff knew that it was a stray dog attack, a statement Defendant London knew was not true, all to his personal financial gain.” Which, if true, holy disbarred! Paige claims Kim’s reason for the lies was to avoid bad PR and to protect both her dog and her reputation.
According to The Wrap, in exchange for Paige’s silence, Kim promised to pay her medical bills. I’m just guessing she didn’t pay them, and since the woman continues to require medical attention related to her injuries, she decided to sue? I hope she also filed a police report.
Just a reminder, Kyle is also being named in the suit. As is Kim’s attorney. Kim is currently battling two other lawsuits related to Kingsley attacking people. All total, the dog has, on record, bitten 7 people, including Kyle’s daughter Alexia.
Edited To Add: It’s not clear if Kyle was actually on the premises when the incident occurred, or knew that Kim even had Kingsley in her house.
