Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite pics from this week! Enjoy!
Kai has shared several new emails and documents over the past few days. As we’d prepare to share it, something new would pop up. So, I’m going to summarize up here and paste the rest in full down below for those of you who love the nitty gritty “total package.”
After the judge ordered him to pay Melissa and Joe almost $30,000 in fees, rent and attorney fees, Patterson is ready to leave the Gorga mansion. Kai attempted to persuade Joe to accept a termination agreement that would get him off the hook for both the rental and the purchase of Casa de Beaver, but Joe is not on board. Patterson even found a new rental, but is stuck until the Gorgas agree to let him go – but he may be leaving anyway.
Kai claims he is giving up on the Gorga mansion because he has received estimates from contractors on what the repairs will cost. He claims the repairs will cost between $300,000-400,000! He’s sending Joe a notice that he’s terminating their agreement and leaving the premises and feels he’s well within his rights to do so without further issue.

Joe andMelissa Gorga have been trying to stop the financial bleed that is their former mansion by booting Kai from the premises for nonpayment of rent. The Gorgas have been struggling financially as they have to continue paying mortgage payments on their Montville home, plus the rental costs at their current home in Franklin Lakes, plus paying for attorneys (three so far) and most likely forking over for major repairs to the mansion.
Kai shared a statement this afternoon after the judge ruled – and it sounds like the final ruling was in his favor.
You know, for being such an important guy who has so many important jobs, Jim Marchese sure has a lot of free time to gossip about Real Housewives of New Jersey. Do not even get me started on his Twitter activity. Oy. Most recently, Jim chatted with AfterBuzz TV about all the drama, his friendship with Bobby Ciasulli, the casting process, and more. And he did not hold back!
When asked if Real Housewives of New Jersey was the first reality TV experience for him and his wife, Amber Marchese, Jim said, “My first. Amber actually appeared on Restaurant Stakeout. But this is my first exposure to the wonderful world of reality TV.”
“Amber was contacted in February,” continued Jim. “They didn’t really tell us the name of the show at the time or any of the details. We ended up coming on board March/April of 2013. It was exciting for her and a real nice opportunity for me. My role was going to be very limited – just around my wife, around my children, and to help my friend at the time Bobby.”
Joe and Melissa Gorga are continuing to battle their tenant and prospective owner of their Montville mansion in eviction proceedings. It’s been back and forth for a couple months with the Gorgas vs. Kai Patterson. Kai was ordered to move out, but then had it reversed when a judge uncovered the Gorgas had never legally declared the property as a rental. Kai believe that is because they wanted to deceive people into believing they had sold their dilapidating mansion instead of renting it out.
The unresolved issues resulted in a trial, which is supposed to conclude tomorrow. Yesterday Joe testified in court in an attempt to evict Kai stating his tenant owes $192,557 in unpaid rent. Kai argued that he was withholding rent because of incomplete repairs (including massive plumbing problems) which Joe promised to make.
Trying to prove he was like all serious yo, Joe toted along not one, not two, but THREE attorneys in an attempt to remove Kai from the property so Melissa can move out of her “disgusting” rental and move back into the mansion she once couldn’t stand. How are they affording all these legal fees, I wonder? The garbage business?
