Part 1 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion delivered, but I can’t help looking ahead to that NeNe Leakes vs. Kim Zolciak confrontation. I actually wish that they had a whole episode dedicated to Kim and NeNe’s exchange of insults. Is it Sunday night yet? I am so ready.
NeNe continued to shade Kim and threw some additional digs toward Kim’s girl Sheree Whitfield when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live last night.
An audience member asked NeNe, “If you ran into Kim Zolciak, what would you say to her?” NeNe shared, “Hey.” Riveting stuff. Another audience member really wanted NeNe to shade Sheree with this question: “Have you been to Sheree’s basement and are there roaches?” Of course NeNe said No. “I have not been to Sheree’s basement and I do not plan to go.” And if those rumors are true about Sheree getting fired from Real Housewives of Atlanta, then NeNe won’t have any reason to visit the Chateau Sheree basement.
Clearly Andy Cohen wanted NeNe to shade Sheree even further because he asked about another clothing line that will never come to fruition Sheree’s clothing line. He wanted to know, “Will you be getting some She by Sheree athleisure wear when it comes out in September?” NeNe said what we were all thinking about that September launch date: “That would be never, but OK.”
Andy showed a clip of NeNe and Kim screaming at the reunion. After, NeNe admitted, “I just hate seeing myself like that.” Andy told her, “I will have to say that there’s just something about Kim that changes your energy. I feel like it was ten years ago. I really did. At our first reunion. It was uncanny.” NeNe responded with, “I don’t know. Kim is too much. Her and her Party City wigs, honey.”
A viewer asked, “Aside from yourself, of all the cast- past and present- who do you think has had the best reads? Past and present?” NeNe answered, I would have to say Phaedra [Parks].” Phaedra has many her faults, but she always could deliver an entertaining read. Even Andy said, “Yeah, I agree.”
