Gia Giudice Makes Petition For President Trump To Stop Joe Giudice’s Deportation

It is no secret that family is key to the stars of Real Housewives of New Jersey. No other franchise places such an emphasis on loyalty. Joe Giudice’s daughters are living up to that example. As for Joe’s wife, Teresa Giudice? Not so much. She made it official that she and Joe will divorce if he is deported. I am sure that her decision has nothing to do with the younger man that she has been spotted holding hands with. What happened to  boasting about the joys of  old-school marriage, Teresa?

Joe served 41 months in prison for bankruptcy and bank fraud. His wife, Teresa, also went away to prison to camp for nearly one year. Joe was released and taken into custody by ICE  after he completed his prison term in March. For some reason, Joe never became a United States citizen, even though the rest of his family did. His appeal to stop his deportation to Italy was denied by the Board of Immigration Appeals on April 6, 2019.

The Giudice’s longtime attorney, James J. Leonard Jr, released a statement saying, “We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

But now, two of Joe’s daughters, Gia Giudice and Milania Giudiceare speaking out to rally support for their father. Gia created a petition on Change.org for President Donald Trump to halt her father’s deportation. As of this writing, the petition has over 28,000 signatures. Warning: the grammar and spelling is a bit rough in these posts.

“My father, Joe Giudice, came to the United States when he was an infant, one year after his birth, he has resided in New Jersey his entire life. He is a businessman, a husband, father to four young women all under the age of 19, son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was found guilty of NON Violent offenses and served his time complying with all prison guidelines and procedures. My mother and father have fought tirelessly to pay back every single penny of restitution to court deemed they owe.” Gia wrote.

“They have made a mistake but rectified it through serving time and by finically satisfying all that was owed. He is currently still in a detention center while fighting the deportation; that’s right he’s still incarcerated months after completing his prison sentence in an effort to stand by his family. After completing his sentence he could’ve left the country and gone to Italy but he chose to stay in prison, hirer additional counsel and make several more appeals to try to stay in the United States because he knows how much his family needs him.”

Gia said. “This would rob us of my father screaming from the stands at our graduations, meeting our future husbands for the first time, of walking us down the aisle, of being there when his grandchildren come into the world.” This may be true, but Teresa and Joe created this entire mess.

In conclusion, Gia wrote, “Please use your voice, your power, and your signature to help keep my family together. We request that our President, Donald J Trump review our petition and pardon my father to relieve him of this life sentence the courts are bestowing on him, yes in Italy he will no longer be incarcerated but will he ever be free if kept from his family and be able to be a productive member of society?”

It turns out that the RHONJ cast has Joe’s back, too. Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania and Jackie Goldschneider joined Teresa and Milania in posting the links to Gia’s petition on their Instagram pages and Instagram Stories.

Gia isn’t the only daughter speaking up for Joe. Milania took to Instagram to make her own plea for President Donald Trump to intervene so her father can stay with his family. “How could we live and support a nation that Allows sex offenders and pedophiles to stay in the United States as long as we register them to a list knowing they could live next-door and harm again, yet they could take a man who committed a minor crime to support his family away from his family it makes me want to leave this country,” she posted.

I feel sorry for Teresa and Joe’s daughters, who are innocents in this insane situation that their parents created. Of course, they can always visit their father in Italy if he is deported. But it is still heartbreaking to see how this is affecting them.

TELL US- ARE YOU SURPRISED THAT GIA CREATED A PETITION? DO YOU THINK THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP WILL INTERVENE? WILL JOE BE DEPORTED?
