Dolores Catania Is “Actually Afraid” To Attend Real Housewives Of New Jersey Season 13 Reunion

Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13 is somehow unlike no other while still centering around the same old problems. Namely, Teresa Giudice’s beef with her brother Joe Gorga has reached an all-time high. It culminated in Joe and Melissa Gorga skipping out on Tre’s wedding to Luis Ruelas and simultaneously, severing any relationship that was left. We’re watching the seeds being planted for this blowup during the season, but who knows how it’s all going to end once the reunion comes around.

One RHONJ star who has been outspoken in Season 13 is Dolores Catania. Paterson Dolores shows her face every once in a while, but this time feels different. Dolo is standing up for herself and her new man Paul Connell. She’s speaking her mind and doesn’t care who doesn’t like it, especially if that person is Jennifer Aydin. She’s even having issues with her ex-husband, Frank Catania because he’s uncomfortable with the boundaries Dolo has put in place.

Dolores also knows, maybe better than everyone, the ins, and outs, of Teresa and Joe Gorga’s problems. She’s the one who agreed it was time for a break between the siblings after the most dramatic wedding of the century. In a recent interview on Hollywood Life’s Pay Attention Puh-Lease! podcast, Dolo admitted that going into this RHONJ reunion feels different, and more frightening, than years past. “On a good day, we have anxiety about the reunion,” Dolo said (via Page Six). “Anxiety is one thing, [but] I’m actually afraid.”

Dolo explained that she’s not scared to face Frank, Jennifer, or anyone else she’s made an enemy of this season. Rather, she’s more nervous to watch the Joe and Teresa feud go down. She’s even concerned it could get physical, but hopes that the siblings can find some reconciliation. “All of us on the show — let’s face it — have to cohabitate with each other to an extent,” Dolo said. “You have to move on from things.” She’s not wrong, but both Joe and Tre are way too stubborn to let this feud die that simply.
