What would the Real Housewives franchise be without a scandal? But there’s never been an incident as problematic as the one alleged between Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo that it stopped a season from airing.
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco was the fourth iteration filmed for the Peacock series. The cast included returners Brandi, Eva Marcille, Phaedra Parks, and Vicki Gunvalson, joined by newbies Gretchen Rossi, Camille Grammer, Alex McCord, and Caroline.
Like the other seasons, fans expected the ladies to head away to their fabulous destination, film for seven days, stir up drama Housewives viewers will never forget, and return to the States. They weren’t, however, expecting their vacation to be rocked with sexual assault allegations, leading to Brandi and Caroline’s early departures.
Since the news broke, most of the cast, production company, and Peacock issued a statement. There was an internal investigation, and it proved fruitless. The latest worry is that RHUGT 4 will never see the light of day, which Camille says would be a shame since it’s “very funny.”
Brandi Glanville is fighting back
Brandi, who is one of the network’s most iconic reality stars, knows a thing or two about speaking her mind. It’s gotten her into some deep trouble on past seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but even then, she’s never wavered.
Every so often, Brandi will tweet about her current situation with Bravo, Peacock, and the Real Housewives. She hasn’t worked since The Traitors and has been itching for another TV gig. And can you blame her?
In a November 17 post, she shared about her new “birthday wish for myself,” adding that it’s already coming true. “I will no longer allow my health & life to be ruined & f*cked with by HORRIBLE people who USE me for the sake of their own entertainment.”
“IM FIGHTING THE F*CK BACK!! STARTING NOW.”
Her tweet isn’t the first time she said she’d speak out about this incident, so we’ll have to stick around to see if she actually delivers. Of course, she could be talking about something else entirely. In the meantime, Bravo lovers everywhere are manifesting a resolution so we can finally see this madness for ourselves.
