Andy Cohen Is “So Proud” Of Bethenny Frankel For Raising Money To Help Victims In Ukraine War

Love her or hate her, you can’t deny that Bethenny Frankel is forever the queen of Real Housewives of New York. Sure, she sometimes makes asinine comments and has trouble holding accountability, but you have to respect her hustle. She built a major brand from the ground up, and we watched it all unfold. She’s a business boss, a single mom, and always a woman on the go. That’s not even mentioning that she knows what it takes to make good TV, while keeping a good head on her shoulders.

All of that was true before Bethenny left RHONY never to look back. These days, she’s pretty busy with her work in disaster relief.  Her foundation, BStrong, is always quick to act when there are people in need. The list of work the organization has done is long but includes COVID-19 relief, support for victims of disasters, support for Black-owned businesses, and more. It’s truly amazing to see a celebrity do good work for real people.

Most recently, BStrong has been working to help Ukrainian citizens who are trying to flee invading Russian forces. They’ve raised money, helped refugees, and distributed supplies. Bethenny recently revealed the news that BStrong raised $25 million to help the people of Ukraine. Her move was so impressive, Andy Cohen decided he had to give her his Mazel of the Day on Watch What Happens Live recently.

Andy announced that B was the Mazel considering her amazing work for BStrong. His revelation was met with a major round of applause from everyone. “I am so proud to see Bethenny show up and deliver time and time again for people in need,” Andy said.

In true AC fashion, he threw some shade at Ramona Singer while praising Bethenny. “By the way, Bethenny could just spend her days flipping houses south of the highway, but she’s helping people instead,” he said. Case in point. Real Housewives can be so divisive sometimes over really trivial things, and it can get toxic. So it’s nice to have these moments when we can rally together and support a reality TV star who is making a positive impact.
