Brandi Glanville was way ahead of the trend of calling out Lisa Vanderpump. She called out LVP for her manipulation tactics back in the day on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Multiple times. Truthfully, the show hasn’t been as good since she left.
Nevertheless, she does keep up with the show and the behind the scenes drama. Word on the street (i.e. the internet) is that Lisa stopped showing up to film and she is on bad terms with the Housewives. Apparently she was caught in a lie and refused to channel her inner Lisa Rinna and “own it.” Is Lisa refusing to film with the ladies? Are the Housewives refusing to film with Lisa? Is it some combination of both?
Last year, fans were living for Margaret Josephs’ and Danielle Staub’s friendship. That’s about to change with the current Real Housewives of New Jersey season. There’s some obvious friction between the two of them. Will the fans pick sides? Or will the viewers be able to love them both?
Only time will tell. Two episodes in, the viewers haven’t witnessed outright drama between Margaret and Danielle, but there has been plenty of shade and tension. Margaret discussed the situation with Andy Cohen during last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
Everyone says “new year, new me,” but all know that rarely happens. Instead I like to be more realistic with my expectations for each new year. What’s my take on the old adage? “new year, new shows.”
And there are plenty of shows returning to Lifetime in January 2019. Married At First Sight, The Rap Game, and Bring It will be blessing us with some new episodes next year.
The last time Vanderpump Rules viewers saw Jax Taylor on screen, he was crying uncontrollably. He discussed the loss of his father during the Season 6 reunion and got very emotional. He could barely catch his breath and insisted that his father’s passing has changed him for good.
There have been plenty of Jax reincarnations throughout the years. Plus if you think about it Jax Taylor is really just a reincarnation of Jason Cauchi, Jax’s given name. Nevertheless, Jax usually reverts to his “old ways.” Personally, I’m a Jax apologist who believes he is the foundation of this show, even with the 92525252 person ensemble cast. Yes, I know I have a problem. Nevertheless, even I acknowledge personal growth is always a good thing. This is especially true at this point in his life with a wedding on the horizon.
Not everyone has what it takes to be a Real Housewife, even some of the people who get the role. There are plenty of women who just miss the mark. That has never been a problem for Sonja Morgan. She always delivers with her sense of humor, openness, and high energy.
Sonja Morgan blesses the Real Housewives of New York fandom with iconic one-liners when she’s not even trying. You never see her raising her voice and cursing out her costars. Even so, she still manages to hold her own and entertain us all during an onscreen confrontation. Staying calm during drama is no small feat, especially in the Real Housewives franchise, but Sonja is truly one of a kind. She may not be loud, but she is still the straw that stirs the drink.
Even though Captain Lee Rosbach is such an integral part of Below Deck, he really isn’t a part of the drama. Sure, he has to reprimand a crew member here and there, but he is not a part of their late night antics. Essentially, he ends up watching this show just like the rest of us who didn’t get a chance to turn up with the crew.
Now Captain Lee is sounding off on which crew member is “most likely to” do various things. Rhylee Gerber’s name came up the most. By far. Even so it’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s better to be fun and interesting than to be boring. No one tunes into reality TV for boring.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor’s engagement will be a major part of Vanderpump Rules Season 7. Their wedding is bound to be a central plotline of Season 8, or possibly their own spin-off special.
Will they have a wedding party full of Vanderpump Rules cast members? Maybe not the entire wedding party, but there’s bound to be a bunch of SURvers in the group.
The best way to watch Below Deck is by following along with Captain Lee Rosbach’s live tweets. The Stud of the Sea has no problem calling people out. He threw a lot of shade at Bosun Chandler Brooks and Third Stew Caroline Bedol.
Caroline has really been struggling this season. She’s the odd one out in the interior with Kate Chastain and Josiah Carter, who became instant best friends. She’s also dealing with a foot injury. Pretty much no one is a fan of Chandler- socially or professionally. Captain Lee is a class act through and through, but he even he can’t help but snap from time to time.
