Karen Huger has been on Real Housewives of Potomac from the get. She is mysterious. She is a business woman. And she won’t back down from a verbal skirmish. From her husband’s issues with the tax man, to the death of her parents, Karen gives us both vulnerability and GLAMOUR. She’s the Grand Dame, y’all!
Currently, Karen is emerging at this season’s voice of reason. After Monique Samuels restyled Candiace Dillard’s wig, Karen offered to have the women over for a come to Jesus meeting. Gizelle Bryant showed up with security and a defiant attitude. Some viewers feel Gizelle is doing too much, under the guise of deflecting from her current romantic relationship. Now Karen shares her opinion on Gizelle’s antics and if she is trying to aim attention towards Monique and away from Pastor Cheater Cheater Pumpkin Eater.
This is going to be one of the most unique episodes in Real Housewives Of Potomac history. We will see Karen Huger hosting all of the women for a sit down to discuss Monique Samuels’ attack on Candiace Dillard Bassett. There’s so many things that could go wrong with this. Gizelle Bryant has been looking for an excuse to get rid of Monique for years, and this could be the perfect moment.
On the flipside, Candiace is going to be sitting down with her therapist. She’s been through a lot. She’s still reeling from the effects of Monique’s attack. It’ll be interesting to see how she processes everything that went down. The downfall of this friendship has been one of the most fascinating Housewives story arcs of all time. There was so much build up. Let’s see who comes out with the most support among the women.
Are you ready for this wild ride of an episode? Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard Bassett are about to change the group forever in one moment. The Real Housewives of Potomac will never ever be the same again. The most hyped Housewives altercation possibly in history is going to fracture this group into pieces. Sides will be taken. Alliances will be solidified.
The events are horrific, but it will go down in Housewives infamy. People will be talking about this episode for many years to come. Whether your Team Monique or Team Candiace, it’s a fascinating time to be a fan of the show. There’s so much electricity in the air for this to finally play out. It’ll be interesting to see how the group moves forward from here. There might be room in this circle for one of them. Who will be the one to emerge victorious?
Meanwhile, this text that Candiace Dillard
got claiming that Michael
has “a boyfriend a wife” finally comes up in conversation after way too many episodes of teasing us. How will Ashley
react? Well, given the way they’ve been able to move past numerous scandals and
the fact that they are expecting their second child together
, it’s fair to assume they worked past Michael’s latest scandal.
Michael is basically a full-time Real Housewives of Potomac cast member at this point. His shenanigans are the gift that keeps on giving. He definitely provides the most to the show in terms of storylines, up to this point at least.
Monique Samuels invites the Real Housewives of Potomac cast members to her lake house. Ashley Darby brings her baby Dean on the trip, which doesn’t sit well with new Housewife Wendy Osefo, who just gave birth to her third child. She questions Ashley for bringing the baby and the argument escalates.
That’s not Ashley’s only issue on this trip though. Candiace Dillard gets some tea about Ashley’s husband Michael Darby’s good time at a strip club, which she shares with Gizelle Bryant.
These scenes with Gizelle Bryant and her (cheating) ex-husband/current boyfriend Jamal Bryant and their three daughters are just so uncomfortable to watch. Instead of engaging in a The Parent Trap-style fantasy about their parents getting back together, the Bryant daughters just aren’t here for the romance.
They’ve even said that they think their father is talking to them more often in order to impress their mother which is both gross and sad (if true). And then there’s the geography of it all: Gizelle lives in Potomac (obviously) and Jamal resides in Atlanta. How is this gonna work out in the long run?
Candiace Dillard Bassett was left dumbfounded at the end of last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. In her eyes, she’s the victim of a gang up. The new alliance between Gizelle Bryant and Monique Samuels is her worst nightmare right now. Everyone at the table wants her to give an apology, and she wants no part of it. Does Candiace have any true friends in this group? Besides Wendy Osefo, maybe not.
After all of the drama last year in her personal life, who would’ve thought Ashley Darby would invite them all to her home? This Sip and See is going to be lit. Charrisse Jordan is going to be there, and we might finally get some interaction between her and Monique. So many rumors are flying. ADDRESS THEM.
Sundays have become the best night of the week thanks to Real Housewives of Potomac. The ladies are really on their game this season. On tonight’s episode, Ashley Darby hosts a sip and see event for the ladies to meet her baby Dean. In real life, this sounds like a sweet event where everyone would be soft-spoken and considerate of an infant. But, on this show, it’s not gonna go that way.
Instead, Ashley will sit there holding baby Dean while the Real Housewives of Potomac cast argues. Candiace Dillard calls Monique Samuels a “flip-flopper,” but Monique isn’t having it, telling Candiace that she is the true flip-flopper in the group. Candiace’s friend Wendy Osefo and majorly stirs the pot asking the group which women are really friends. Clearly, they orchestrated this to redirect the narrative after the women came down on Candiace during last week’s episode.
