Bethenny Frankel just sold her Tribeca apartment for $6.95 million! Which means emotionally and financially she’s one step closer to moving in with still-married boyfriend Dennis Shields, right?!
Working with Fredrik Eklund on the sale was lucrative. The (former?) Real Housewives Of New York star shared that her apartment sold after only ONE DAY of being on the market! Luckily this won’t make Bethenny homeless again, because it’s actually the apartment she once shared with Jason Hoppy!

The 3,600 square-foot loft was at the center of Bethenny’s contentious divorce. For nearly 4 years Bethenny and Jason were at war over who got custody of the property. After finally finalizing their divorce this summer, Jason moved out and Bethenny listed the property. Bethenny won’t walk away with the full kitty of $7 mil – she has to turn over an undisclosed portion of it to her ex!
Bethenny purchased the apartment in 2011 while filming Bethenny Ever After. The show chronicled the purchase, renovation, and final move-in. She paid $4.95 million and spent about $500,000 on renovations. Unfortunately almost immediately after completing the project her marriage to Jason went south. Very south. So south Bethenny ended up moving out.
Selling the place must feel like a relief as Bethenny closes yet another chapter in the harrowing ordeal she suffered being married to Jason! (sarcasm)
“I’m glad that the real estate gods were looking out for me saying, ‘let’s give her a break.’” Bethenny gushed to the Wall Street Journal about the sale.
On instagram Fredrik confirmed the selling price for the loft was “FULL ASK”! Somebody must be a huge Bethenny fan…

Bethenny currently owns an additional apartment in SoHo, plus a house in the Hamptons. She spent the summer looking at properties with Dennis. Rumor has it they’re planning to combine fortunes and move in together. If he ever gets free of his wife, that is.
