Vito Scalia and Lauren Manzo were married on Saturday, July 18. Engaged since November 2013, Lauren and Vito were married in a traditional ceremony at St. Cyril’s Church in NYC, followed by a reception at The Brownstone in NJ. On Saturday, Lauren told Us Weekly, “Today is exactly what I always wanted.”
Manzo’d with Children star Caroline Manzo shared, “I’m excited to see my daughter just start her life. I want her to just embrace this moment and I want to see her really, really shine. And that’s, for me, that’s worth more than anything on the planet, to see your kids truly, truly happy. “
It looks like that fabled Real Housewives Of New Jersey spinoff is becoming more and more of a reality everyday! Last week Andy Cohen insisted he had no knowledge ofJoe Giudice filming a special with his daughters about their lives while Teresa Giudice is in prison. Buuuut no one believed him! And it appears Joe is filming much more than a brief update, but a full-on series!
While mom’s away, the kids will play! It’s a Gorga-Giudice pool party! Real Housewives of New Jersey fans have been wondering if Teresa Giudice’s kids were seeing their cousins, Joe and Melissa Gorga’s kids, while she’s in prison. It looks like we now know the answer!
Melissa posted this photo of all seven kids – Gia, Gabriella, Milania, Audriana, Antonia, Gino and Joey – on Instagram, writing “Cousin Love.” It so great to see the kids having a blast together. I have a feeling that they probably see each other more than we know, but keep it off of social media.
Wanna get a glimpse of Teresa Giudice‘s life on the inside – I mean, before her tell-all is released? The incarcerated Real Housewives Of New Jersey star just released excerpts from her prison diary. And oh, let me tell you they are quite the read – too bad her ghostwriter wasn’t available for re-writes!
Teresa’s attorney confirms reports that she’s working on a memoir, to be published once she is released from Danbury Correctional Facility in December. Teresa, who fancies herself the next Piper Kerman, will “tell the story everyone is dying to know: what life is like behind bars,” reveals James. L. Leonard Jr, her lawyer.
Amber Marchese has survived a lot – after learning she has breast cancer for a second time, Amber is undergoing an aggressive, yet cutting-edge treatment plan to hopefully eradicate the disease once and for all – and she’s turning to her Catholic faith to guide her.
Recounting how she discovered her disease had returned and the immediate fear that set-in, Amber has put her trust in God to keep her spirits up and her hopes high. When Amber discovered her cancer had returned she had been less attentive to her faith, due to her “amazing” life and happy life.
“Although the words came out of my mouth that I am a Catholic, I did not have God in my life as much as I should have. I knew in my heart I had wandered from my path, even despite my first bout with breast cancer and feeling God’s miracle once before,” Amber admits. “My mind was wandering around too much, looking for instant gratifications and becoming more and more selfish.” Why do I feel like joining Real Housewives Of New Jersey has that affect on people?
Teresa Giudice wants the world to know she supports the Supreme Court’s ruling to make same-sex marriage a right nationwide, and she’s taking to Twitter (via Gia) to prove it. “Finally some good news coming out of a court! #Justice&Equality4All #LoveWins,” Tre tweeted Saturday after the landmark ruling was announced June 26.
Teresa’s followers responded with a mix of praise and scorn for the ongoing Twitter activity the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is engaging in from prison. “@Teresa_Giudice prison must not be too bad if you’re tweeting. Must be nice to be a ‘celebrity’ in ‘prison’. u should not have access,” commented one follower.
