In fact, the season opens with Kyle Richards getting thrown out of LVP’s house and Ken Todd telling her that she is NOT a good friend. Fast forward to two months earlier, we check in with all the ladies.
Unsurprisingly, Erika Girardi wakes up alone. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, meanwhile, wakes up in an enormous new house they purchased for the canyon views. Teddi is now running an accountability empire and trying to hold herself accountable to the motherhood/work balance. Things get so confusing her five-year-old winds up wearing one of Teddi’s crop tops as a t-shirt. #DontGiveBethennyAnyIdeas
Over the years, we have come to know the Real Housewives for many things. Living in big houses. Designer clothing. Handbags that cost more than your car. Businesses that seem to appear and disappear overnight. And the occasional arrest.
The one thing that the Real Housewives might be best known for, however, is their love of a good feud. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’Kyle Richardsand Lisa Vanderpump have had their skirmishes throughout the years. But they have never had an epic Housewives fight. And certainly, have never stopped speaking. Until now.
Lisa and Kyle have been friends for many years, but are no strangers to feuding on the show. Over the years, the two have had multiple rifts followed by subsequent makeups. Ever since Lisa declined to participate in the cast photoshoot without the ladies, we knew something was up. It’s Season 4 all over again! Lisa is once again a lone wolf against the pack.
Everyone looked mortified when Doritand one of her fake accents called Camille a c**t out of nowhere. Dorit denied having any ill intent behind the verbal assault, but COME ON. For someone who can’t have wine in a champagne glass, where was her “etiquette” at this dinner party? Camille eventually sent Dorit a message to keep her mouth shut by gifting her a ball gag. It seemed to be squashed at the reunion last season, but the drama appears to have reignited.
As another year approaches, it is time to reflect upon the past, and dream about the future. As a reality television fanatic fan, my thoughts turn to which Housewives need to grace our television screens once again. Are you listening, Bravo?
Each Real Housewivesfranchise has seasons that are amazing and others that are boring less exciting. Often, the key is having the right number of newbies and franchise favorites. But what really makes sparks fly is when a Housewife returns to a show, resuming prior relationships and interacting with newer castmates. Here is my dream team of who needs to be, and deserves to be, a Housewife again.
After a long wait and tons of speculation, we finally have a trailer for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The ladies return with new episodes February 9 and it seems like we have a lot of drama to look forward to.
Denise Richardsjoins the cast. Kim Richards makes at least one appearance. And get ready for this one: Brandi Glanville returns. Now that is a twist that no one saw coming. We just need to get a diamond back in her hands. Speaking of diamonds, Camille Grammer will not hold one during the opening credits. This is because she is not a full-time cast member. Again. This makes no sense. She gets married, watches her house burn down, and gets into drama with her costars. That warrants full-time status in my eyes.
