Last night was the season premiere of Real Housewives of Atlanta – and so far, I'm liking things. We checked in with all the housewives, where we learned that the more some people change, the more they stay the same! And we unfortunately met new Housewife, Kenya Moore.
She made a helluva a first impression – I now totally associate Kenya with "coochie crack." Here's how she introduced herself: She yelled "coochie crack" at the top of her lungs about 20 times, then screamed 'SECURITY!' like she was some sort of A-Lister up there with Victoria Beckham. Right, so this one's a live-wire!
Things begin with the very, very richMs. NeNe Leakes, who is channeling Bret Michaels realness with that bandana. Surprisingly Greggalicious is also part of the equation. He's fetching her mail and begging her for some love. My how the tables have turned now that NeNe holds the keys – and the wallet! NeNe is playing coy about rekindling things with Gregg. C'mon – you know these two are meant to be and I sort of love them together.
NeNe explains that she's also been method acting and exuding her inner Kim Zolciak by practicing trailer living on the set of The New Normal. And our first kapow of the season. I have so missed my NeNeisms.
Welcoming the fifth season, Cynthia Bailey dishes on what we can expect – and how things have changed since She By SheBroke left and Kim spent most of the season MIA due to pregnancy.
"I don’t even know what to expect because it just changed the whole dynamic of the group with two people missing and two other ones came in. I think there definitely will be a lot of drama, but we're not as divided as we were last season," Cynthia tells Complex. "We are around each other a lot more this season, which only means more drama! I personally think this is going to be my best season because my storyline is just so much stronger."
Get it while it's hot! Bravo has shared three sneak peek clips from Sunday night's season 5 premiere episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta! And they are only active for 24 hours!
So, check out the three videos below, featuring Kandi Burruss and her "new to us" beau Todd,NeNe Leakes bantering with her ex-husband Greg (who is vowing to win her back), and a sneak look at Kim Zolciak and crew.
If you're dying for a bite of Sunday's show, take a look below!
The "Money & Power" issue features a glammed up NeNe bathing in diamonds and sipping champagne because that is how the very, very rich role. Bloop! NeNe's cover hits newstands Nov 5th as the Dec/Jan issue. Well, Ms. Leakes that is quite an honor.
Luckily NeNe, who will wear a dress made of money in EBONY, hasn't let all the fame go to her head too much (unless She by SheBroke happens to be in the room!), NeNe was spotted shopping at a West Hollywood Target this weekend according to People Magazine. The soon-to-be-megastar was there with a friend and buying Sprite.
Reality TV starKendra Wilkinson got in the Halloween spirit this week, Tweeting her excitement over her Halloween "costume".
Kendra showed off some pics on Twitter, sharing the progression of her airbrushed/painted on costume coming together. "I'm backkkkkk bitches! Halloween babyyyyyy. Who can guess what I'm doing….or what I'm being??"
Can we really call it a costume if there are no clothes involved? Where does one wear such a "costume"? Your kids' school Halloween party? Maybe she partied at the Playboy Mansion. Perhaps babysitting for Kelsey Grammer?
Move over NeNe Leakes! There's a new instigator in Atlanta and she is proud of her drama stirring skills! Kenya Moore, the newest addition to Real Housewives of Atlanta, is already priding herself on being in the thick of things with her new cast mates.
Kenya, an actress and producer, recently relocated from Los Angeles to Atlanta to be closer to her family and her boyfriend. The forty-one-year-old spitfire is hoping her fans from her prior life will continue to support her on this new endeavor. From the sound of things, she certainly is giving them something to watch!
You know how when one door closes, another door opens? The same can be said for Housewives! If you're like me, you're gearing up to watch the Real Housewives of Atlanta to see the craziness that will surely ensue.
You may also be wondering how much we're going to be seeing of WigKim Zolciak. She wasn't in the cast promotional photo, so how much can we expect to see her on the actual show? Given the fact that she was pregnant during the filming of the fifth season and rumored to also be working on the second season of her spin-off, I'm guessing we're not going to be seeing too much of her.
Well, well… lookee here! She by SheBroke is She by SheNotAsBroke. Hopefully that son of her's will be trading in that air mattress for a real, live mattress. Although, truth be told an air mattress is pretty comfortable.
So, it would appear that the many years long child support case between Sheree and Bob Whitfield (which was heavily featured in Sheree's final season of Real Housewives of Atlanta) has finally come to an end. TMZ reveals that a judge granted Sheree $75k – and he has 21 days to pay up or else!
According to court documents Bob was remiss for 38 months of child support payments to the tune of $2,142 per month for the two children he shares with Sheree. Bob claimed he was to Bob By HeBroke to afford them, despite being an ex-NFL player (who signed a $30M deal with Falcons in 2000) and something of a music mogul who sold a successful recording studio.
