This Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season has been a rough one for Lisa Rinna. Sure, it’s her own fault, but she’s definitely getting a lot of hate this season. Rinna had some tough questions to answer last night on Watch What Happens Live.
Rinna didn’t reveal too much, but she did take the opportunity to take jabs at Dorit Kemsley. And of course, she discussed her selective memory loss and her drama with Kim Richards and Kyle Richards. After all, that’s pretty much been the only story line this season other than pantygate.

I was finding it tough to care about the Dorit vs. Rinna fight. I don’t usually side with either them in their other conflicts, so I am indifferent watching these two come for each other.
At first, I had a strong dislike for Dorit, then she grew on me (by default when other cast members started annoying me even more). Still, I’m not a fan of Rinna‘s at this point, but even with that said, I do think Dorit was trying to spread rumors about Rinna and that now-infamous bag of pills. She mentioned them multiple times to different cast members. That goes beyond her inherited “British humor” that she cites for all the offensive stuff she says.
Dorit tried to play off her Xanax remarks as her way of “joking” and being fun, but I’ve never actually seen Dorit have fun or successfully tell a joke this whole season. After watching it back, it is obvious she wanted another cast member to pick up what she was laying down and question Rinna for using drugs.
If only Dorit had talked to Eden Sassoon before her infamous shopping trip with Rinna. Eden could have just done all of that dirty work for Dorit. But like I said before, I really don’t have a horse in this race. These are not top tier cast members here.
As expected, Rinna continued to back pedal about her infamous memory loss. During her appearance on WWHL, Rinna told Andy, “I had filmed that two months earlier and I only remembered part of the conversation.”
It was far from a casual conversation, so I find it tough to believe that Rinna “forgets” saying Kim was close to death, but I feel like we’ve all belabored that point a million times this season.
Rinna concluded, “So when they kept saying ‘You said it. You said it,’ I was like ‘Eden’s not going to lie. I am not gonna lie. I must have said it,’ and then I started to think about where it came from and I was like of course I said it.” Or maybe she just didn’t want to get called out when they taped the reunion.
Of course, Rinna was asked about the Richards Sisters drama and she bowed down to Kyle when she was asked if she thought her “friendship with Kyle is forever changed because of the things she’s said about Kim.”
Rinna answered, “That’s a really interesting question. I think that Kyle and I have had our own relationship for a very long time. Kyle is a very forgiving person. We have been able to keep it separate. Obviously she’s always going to have her sister’s back, but I think she’s done an amazing job at being able to forgive for us to move on and have our own relationship.”
I would love to hear Kyle‘s take on that.
It’s clear that Rinna and Dorit haven’t made up since the season finished taping – or Rinna is just a better actress than all of us give her credit for – since she did her best to throw shade her way. When asked if she thought Dorit was gossiping or telling a joke, Rinna said, “I think Dorit’s a drama queen. She loves the drama. ‘Telephone, telegram, tell Dorit,’ Boy George said it the best.”
Not the best shade – at all – but I do agree that Dorit does like the drama. She insults Erika Girardi every single time she sees her and then “wonders” why Erika won’t open up to her.
TELL US – DO YOU THINK DORIT WAS INSINUATING RINNA HAD A DRUG ISSUE BY TALKING ABOUT THE BAG OF PILLS? IS IT OK FOR KYLE TO BE FRIENDS WITH RINNA AFTER THE KIM AND RINNA DRAMAS OVER THE YEARS?
