Last night on Real Housewives Of Orange County newbie Peggy Sulahian demonstrated that she doesn’t have to be your mother to be your muva! If you left your manners in the car when you came to her event, Peggy will surely get out the bar of scented soap you sell in your pop-up boutique to wash your mouth out. Peggy certainly taught Meghan Edmonds that children should be seen and not heard! Exactly Meg, just stand there and look all ‘I’ve never had a baby and look at my chessboard inspired dress, cause I’m like smart! And on quest for TRUTH! Justice!”
But first there’s Tamra Judge, who got judged by a parrot that called her “old” as she walked into a restaurant to meet a baby looking like an escapee from a biker bar. How could anyone even see Aspen underneath the giant bow that ate the baby’s face!? I hope that’s not catching…
This season of Real Housewives of Orange County, as usual, is going to be a fun (and confusing) game of who is on what team during any given episode. It changes so often that we need a score card. In her blog this week, Kelly Dodd expresses her frustration over Tamra Judge talking crap behind her back, Shannon Beador‘s desire to get her wasted all the time, and explains why she’s so angry and irked at Meghan King Edmonds.
Before Kelly dives into the drama of the latest episode, she gives us a little TMI about her vaginal tightening procedure. “You guys are probably wondering why I got my vagina tightened? I had originally discussed the technology and procedure with Dr. Niccole at CosmetiCare, thinking it might help my mother. Mom wasn’t interested, but I was. Most women I know have a problem with “leaking”, which can happen as we age or after having a baby. The walls of the vagina contain collagen fibers, which often lose tissue tone and elasticity. It can be embarrassing and stressful in social settings to leak urine when sneezing, coughing, jumping, and standing up, etc.”
Vicki shared a photo of her packed up car on Instagram. “Got it all packed into two cars completely full of food and alcohol! Can’t wait to spend the weekend in the desert with 28 family and friends, some flying in from Chicago, and [Steve’s] family including 1 from Germany! #rhoc #rhocseason12#mervgriffinestate #family #desert #palmsprings #leftrightcenter #alcohol #itsgonnabehot #fishing #fourwheelers #woohoo” Look below to see the pics Vicki and son-in-law Ryan Culberson, who took the picture above with his drone, shared on Instagram.
Once again, I found myself being jealous of one of the Real Housewives kids having an over the top birthday party. First Tamra Judge’s daughter Ava had a unicorn themed party in a beer garden. Now, Lydia McLaughlin’s son is living it up at a movie themed party, complete with a red carpet and screening for his friends.
I would kill to have one of these parties to celebrate my birthday. Nevertheless, Lydia’s party this week didn’t really move the plot forward on Real Housewives of Orange County. Good for her though, this is the one week she isn’t stirring up involved in the drama.
Vicki Gunvalson may be the OG of OC, but she’s been hard pressed to find many allies this season of The Real Housewives Of Orange County. Thus, meeting newcomer Peggy Sulahian was just what the fake cancer doctor ordered! After meeting Peggy for all of thirty minutes, Vicki claims they share a deep bond – a bond which was immediately formed over the recent passing of both womens’ parents.
Vicki shares, “This week I met Peggy and Diko. They were so sweet and so kind that I had an immediate connection to them both. I’m really glad that Lydia [McLaughlin] invited them to Stirling’s birthday party as she had talked so highly of them before. When Peggy told me of the recent passing of her father, it brought me back to how I felt when I heard my mother unexpectedly passed as well.”
Even though Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson haven’t appeared on screen together at all this season, they sure are talking about each other a lot. If you were playing a drinking game with a rule to drink every single time they mention each other’s name, you would be wasted pretty quickly.
During the last episode of Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra talked about something very important: her life as an “erased parent” in a speech at a gala for other parents going through something similar.
It’s the fate of new Housewives in every city to undergo a ritual hazing process before they emerge as the hero, villain, or straight up snooze fest they’re destined to be. In Peggy Sulahian’s case, the hazing occurred at The Quiet Woman, but her position among The Real Housewives Of Orange County has yet to be determined. So far, Peggy thinks Kelly Dodd is a wee bit crazy, but deserving of a second chance, and that Vicki Gunvalsonhas solid friendship potential. (We won’t clue her in just yet to the truth about these two suppositions – let’s just pop our popcorn and watch the show, eh?)
In her blog, Peggy describes her reaction to Kelly goading Shannon Beador at their Quiet Woman dinner, where Lydia McLaughlin and Tamra Judgewere also in attendance. “It was so strange seeing Kelly act the way she did during dinner. It was the first time I met her in person (I was introduced to her over Lydia’s FaceTime a few hours before) and she did not leave me with the best impression. Over FaceTime she seemed like such a fun and loving person who’s the life of the party, but when I saw her act that way during dinner it completely threw me off.”
On last night’s Real Housewives Of Orange County, Kelly Dodd underwent a Real Housewives rite of passage and rejuvenated her vagina right on TV! It is a place many a’Housewives have gone before and lived to tell about it… which I guess is a blessing, right?! Also, Vicki Gunvalson‘s devotion to proving she did not fake cancer continued with her cozying up to newbie Peggy Sulahian by promising to be the best darn girlfriend Peggy ever did have.
Shannon Beador is dressing like Carnie Wilson now, but she will not mediate Housewives disputes with cheesecakes. Instead she will go to Tamra Judge‘s house and sip water laced with Pure Calm pills. Tamra promises they create an ethereal zen, like being inside the mind of Dr. Moon as he practices transcendentalism. Despite her avid non-toxicism, the cotillion queen in Shannon admits a cocktail would work better.
