Gina Kirschenheiter Claps Back At Kelly Dodd Calling Her A “Charity Case”

Gina Kirschenheiter may still be proudly living in her casita, but she’s gone through a whole lot of growth since stepping on the Real Housewives of Orange County scene. We’ve pretty much seen Gina at rock-bottom — she went through a divorce, was a victim of domestic violence, and got slapped with a DUI. Now, she’s found a new man and a new bestie in Heather Dubrow. She’s glowing up and I love watching her rise from the ashes after so many lows.

Gina is also never afraid to speak her mind, especially if it’s calling out Shannon Beador’s hypocrisy. She and Emily Simpson are hot messes in the best way possible and it rubs a lot of people (mostly alums who “left” the show) the wrong way. Gina recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live and clapped back at haters who are jealous that she still has a job.

Andy Cohen specifically brought up a comment about Gina from the always-parched Kelly Dodd. Kelly’s never one to shy away from low blows, whether it’s body-shaming or making extremely offensive remarks. In one of her recent blow-ups against the current RHOC cast, she decided to call Gina a “charity case” because she claims that Gina never hosts parties or events. Sure, Gina doesn’t host over-the-top dinner parties a la Fancy Pants. But she gets the girls together, is always down to have fun, and never seems to go into anything with the attitude of being a moocher. She appreciates and is in awe of her wealthy friends’ generosity, like a true woman of the people.

Like most people when Kelly’s name is brought up these days, Gina couldn’t care less. She also brought up that Kelly never really hosted anything either during her 15 seconds of fame. If she did, it was far from memorable. “I guess you’re saying I’m just enough without hosting anything or the money and the over-the-top stuff,” Gina said. “Sorry, I’m enough.” BLOOP.

Kelly wasn’t even enough to hold her own in an ensemble cast. Yet, this wackadoo thinks she’s getting her own show. It’s honestly sad to watch, and Casita Gina seems to agree. “I feel worse for her than I do for Shannon,” she added. Double burn. Gina may be goofy in her own right, but rarely do I disagree with her judgments of her so-called “friends.”

TELL US – WHY DO YOU THINK KELLY CALLED OUT GINA FOR NOT HOSTING EVENTS? DO YOU AGREE THAT GINA DOESN’T NEED TO HOST EVENTS TO BE RELEVANT ON RHOC?
