Former Chrisley Knows Best Star Savannah Chrisley Suggests Possibility Of New Reality Show As Todd And Julie Chrisley Serve Prison Sentences

Things might not be so great for Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie Chrisley, but fans of Chrisley Knows Best might have a light at the end of the tunnel. The show was cancelled, officially, after the couple were found guilty of fraud and tax evasion. Unfortunately, if we want to see Todd and Julie, maybe they’ll eventually appear on Love After Lockup.

While Todd and Julie are doing time, their children are trying to manage life without their parents. Todd and Julie’s daughter Savannah Chrisley recently shared on her podcast that we might see the non-jailed members of the family again soon. Page Six has the details.

Savannah disclosed her family is working on a brand-new show. On the February 21, 2023 episode of Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley, she told followers they would soon be able to see a taste of the Chrisleys’ “new normal.”

Chatting with niece, Chloe Chrisley and grandmother Faye Chrisley, Savannah added she is “talking to a few production companies” about starting another program. She teased what viewers will be able to expect. “We’re going to touch on where we’re at today, Mom and Dad being gone, how we’re coping with it, how we get through it.”

She continued, “Also too, having two kids and all of us stepping in to make sure that they have what they need emotionally, psychologically, physically, all the things, I feel like there’s a level of humor to it as well.”

The ladies jokingly said the title of the new show should be called “Nanny Knows Best” to highlight Todd’s mother. It might be a good idea not to imply anyone in this family knows best for a while. Savannah went on to say it “will be heartwarming.” Or as heartwarming as anything can be when you’re trying to navigate a completely new life because your parents needed expensive automobiles.

Savannah also said fans will “laugh” but “it’ll break your heart.” Well, it is heartbreaking we live in a society where successful people will reduce themselves to committing crimes and risking their families for relevance. Now I guess it’s entertainment to watch those left behind pick up the pieces of a mess someone else made. Honestly surprised Bravo hasn’t jumped on this.

Nanny Faye is also ready to get back to work. “I’m ready to walk down that highway any day … I’m ready.” Nanny continued, “We’ll say ‘Well look at these Bounce Back Chrisleys.'”

While Savannah navigates her “new normal,” she’s going to make the most of a crap situation. “At the end of the day, we’re not going to allow this to stop us from moving forward.” She also revealed the family didn’t have a lot of input in what producers of Chrisley Knows Best aired. “It became more of a comedy than it was a reality.” That makes sense since “the reality” was a lot of court dates and zero accountability.

CKB was greenlit for another season prior to the stars going to the slammer for a combined 19 years. If you need a Chrisleys’ fix, the USA Network is showing a very abbreviated Season 10. New episodes air pretty late, so hold off on the Melatonin if you’re trying to catch it.

TELL US- WOULD YOU WATCH A SHOW WITH THE REMAINING CHRISLEY FAMILY? DO YOU THINK THEY SHOULD TAKE SOME TIME OFF FROM REALITY TELEVISION? WOULD A SHOW WITHOUT TODD AND JULIE BE SUCCESSFUL?
