Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jackie Goldschneider stunned fans when she decided to join Team Teresa Giudice. Jackie was tight with Margaret Josephs and Melissa Gorga since joining RHONJ. And since Teresa and Melissa cannot stand each other, most cast members picked a side.
Viewers know that something happened between Margaret and Jackie to blow up their friendship. But we aren’t sure what it was. And this falling out gave Jackie the chance to become friends with Teresa.
As one of Teresa’s squad, Jackie could be hoping to bump herself back up to full-time housewife when Season 15 filming begins. It’s possible. Now Jackie is reliving some of her regrettable moments on the show. US Weekly has the details.
Jackie Goldschneider regrets a certain RHONJ analogy
Jackie was a guest on US Weekly’s Housewives Happy Hour. She was asked if there was a moment that she didn’t want to experience again. “Oh God, the moment at Margaret [Josephs’] house fighting with Teresa [Giudice] on the couch,” the writer responded. “I might not have made an analogy.”
As you may recall, during Season 11, Teresa spread a rumor that Jackie’s husband, Evan Goldschneider, was cheating on her. In response, Jackie made an analogy about Teresa’s daughter, Gia Giudice, doing “coke in the bathroom” because she “heard it” from someone. Teresa didn’t grasp the analogy and became enraged. Thankfully, no tables were harmed during filming.
Next, Jackie was asked for her “biggest regret of all time” from the show. Jackie replied, “Well, the analogy.” Jackie previously told US Weekly in 2021, “I wasn’t starting a rumor about Gia. I was giving an analogy.” She later apologized to Gia, which was confirmed by the Giudice family attorney.
But Jackie also had another regret. “I’ve never lived down telling the world that I don’t do that to my husband,” Jackie said. Of course, she was alluding to the moment that she told her RHONJ co-stars, “Jewish girls don’t give blow jobs.” Mourning immediately commenced for Jackie’s husband, Evan. The movement was led by the other New Jersey husbands.
And Jackie’s father wasn’t a fan of Jackie’s remark. “My dad didn’t particularly like watching that over and over again, but no regrets,” Jackie stated.
