Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR Restaurant Sued After Customer Puked & Defecated On Restaurant Floor (Allegedly)

Lisa Vanderpump managed to be one of the few members of the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills who lives in Beverly Hills not involved with a lawsuit. After a season of feeling bullied and blamed, Lisa isn’t dealing with the show at all anymore. As much as Lisa’s fanbase will miss her, the departure was probably for the best. To secure your spot, you have to maintain an image. Lisa is not a D-list celeb, there just wasn’t a lot of purpose for her to continue RHOBH.

Lisa will still film Vanderpump Rules and continue running her fleet of restaurants. Her new Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Las Vegas is getting a lot of attention. Of course we’ll return to Tom Tom once Pump Rules begins it’s new season. Then we vested favorites, Villa Blanca and SUR. You remember the old saying about her two establishments, “Villa Blanca is where you take your wife, and SUR is where you take your mistress.” Now, according to recently learned reports, you might take your mistress to SUR, but take some Pepto with you.

One of Lisa’s restaurants is being sued for… food poisoning! Welcome to the Lawsuit Crew, Lisa! According to documents obtained by The Blast, a woman and her family visited LA on vacation. On August 19, 2017, the family dined at SUR. Papers show, after Vacation Lady consumed “white fish covered with an orange cream sauce on her plate, along with broccoli and potatoes…one hour into eating her meal, [her] head suddenly whipped back, causing her body to move backwards as well, as she felt a hot sensation rise from her stomach, into her chest and then into her throat that she was unable to control.” It sounds like she was doing the Harlem Shuffle before she started puking. But don’t worry LVP haters, it gets worse.

Spoiler alert, head to the comments if you don’t enjoy graphic details of bodily functions (I’ll be in the comments). Documents show Vacation Lady began throwing up like Dorit Kemsley if she drank wine from a martini glass. “Her head came forward while vomit filled her mouth, and [she] began vomiting profusely. Good Times! “After allegedly falling to the floor on her knees, “she continued to vomit and also defecate through her clothing.”

Hey, some people in LA would pay a great deal of money to lose all that weight in such a short amount of time… It must have been horrifying in the middle of a popular LA eatery, throwing up and shitting all over yourself. If it really happened.

Vacation Lady says she “was unable to stop vomiting or defecating as she kneeled on the floor, causing [her] clothing to soil.” Vacation Puking Lady then stated, she “was unable to stop vomiting or defecating as she kneeled on the floor, causing [her] clothing to soil.” Kneeling, vomiting, and crapping yourself. WELCOME TO LA!

Puking Lady claims, whilst writhing on the floor of SUR, wallowing in her own vomit and feces, “staff members of [SUR] came over and began throwing water on [her] and on the ground around her but did not offer any further assistance.”

Dear, sweet Baby Jesus, please help me to not laugh at the visual of Jax Taylor and  Katie Maloney disinterestedly throwing glasses of water on a SUR guest, now 5 lbs. thinner as a result of white fish with orange sauce. Thankfully, 911 was called and Puking Crapping Lady was transported to the hospital for review.

The lawsuit shows SUR was “inspected by the Health Department on or around July 14, 2017, during which the Health Inspector found seven (7) violations, including unclean food contact surfaces, the presence of rodents, insects, birds and/or other animals, and substandard equipment and utensils.”

According to co-owner Natalie Zapata, “SUR has been in business for 15 years and Serves over 150,000 patrons a year. We have maintained our A RATING from the Department of Health and have regular checks from the Health Department. We have no record of this ever happening.” One would think we would have heard about this “incident” that allegedly occurred in 2017. Natalie added, “And if someone had vomited and defecated on the floor, it would have immediately been reported to the health department and would have been on our cameras or others.”

Talk about a JOURNEY. In all seriousness, don’t you think we would have heard about this prior to now? SUR has security cameras, Bravo cameras, and people with smart phones – I don’t see how someone writhing in broccoli and puke on the floor of SUR wouldn’t get out sooner. At any rate, if you aren’t a fan of LVP, you’re welcome.

TELL US- DO YOU THINK THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED? WHY WOULD SOMEONE WAIT TWO YEARS TO ANNOUNCE A FOOD POISONING LAWSUIT? WOULD YOU EAT AT SUR AFTER THIS?
