Melissa Gorga Thought That Kyle Richards Was Using Ozempic To Transform Her Body

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards has been taking heat for her body transformation. She posted some steamy bikini photos on Instagram. She also posted a photo training with her bestie, Teddi Mellencamp. We all know how Teddi keeps people far away from carbs accountable.

Kyle’s thinner frame led to speculation that she was using the diabetes drug Ozempic. The medication has been used as a quick fix for weight loss.

The RHOBH star took to Page Six’s Instagram to comment about her thinner frame. “I have never tried Ozempic, and this is not from plastic surgery,” she stated. “I’m honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister.”

Kyle added in a separate comment, “I am NOT taking Ozempic. Never have.”

In 2022, Kyle copped to a breast reduction. She has denied any other plastic surgery.

Kyle recently appeared on Teddi and Tamra Judge’s podcast, Two T’s in a Pod to share how she lost weight.

Kyle said, “After gaining weight during the summer — on July 15 — after getting off the boat, I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol.’”

She continued, “A lot of people think I’ve been taking Ozempic. To clarify, I’ve never taken Ozempic.” She also said that she hasn’t used any other injectable weight-loss medications.

“I started losing weight, and I felt so good. I was like,’ Why would I go back to that?’” Kyle said. “So I still have not had alcohol at all, and you know, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, but that’s it.”

Kyle’s Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip co-star Melissa Gorga didn’t get the memo. Page Six reported that Melissa discussed Kyle’s possible Ozempic use on Sirius XM’s Jeff Lewis Live.

“I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw her, I was like, ‘Ooh she’s taking that stuff,’” Melissa remarked. “And then, when she said that, I’m like, ‘Oh OK maybe not.’ You know, I don’t know,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star stated. “I didn’t even text her and ask her.”

Host Jeff Lewis opined, “I think what she did is probably went off of it to be like, ‘I’m not on it!’ So, she’s not technically lying. I love her, but it’s not just not drinking since July – I mean, come on.”

Melissa added that Kyle “looks great.” She hinted that while she has never tried Ozempic herself, members of her “inner circle” and “family members” use the drug.

She said, “They are turning into stick figures and like, I’m not about that. I like more of a womanly figure like Jennifer Lopez – to me, that’s a body.”

Jeff has researched getting the medication, and claimed that he found one option of a three-month supply for $1,300 to “lose the 10, 12, 14 pounds.”

Meanwhile, Melissa’s RHONJ co-star Jackie Goldschneider, who has been open about her eating disorder, sounded off under a People magazine Instagram post about the drug. “An eating disorder in a needle,” she commented.

Shahs of Sunset star Golnessa Gharachedaghi called out Kyle on Page Six’s Instagram post. “I’m about to start the shots, oops, I mean start at the gym too!” she posted.

Maybe Melissa should have checked with Kyle before admitting that she thought her buddy was using Ozempic. Just saying!
