Jennifer Aydin Thinks Wendy Williams Would Be A Great Addition To Real Housewives

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin is teasing what is coming up for Season 10, and it sounds epic! Jennifer said that we have the fiery Teresa Giudice back. Buckle up, and bolt down any tables in Teresa’s vicinity.

Tequila monster Jennifer and RHONJ co-star Melissa Gorga were seen arguing at a Hampton’s restaurant. In another incident, Margaret Josephs and Danielle Staub continued their feud by throwing water at each other, and allegedly lighting a purse on fire. Yikes!

Season 11 of RHONY just ended, but Jennifer has some thoughts about who should join the cast. Jennifer told Page Six that she thinks that Wendy Williams would make a great Housewife. “I heard about that [report]. She would bring diversity, an opinion and [she’s] not afraid to say what’s on her mind,” Jennifer said. “It would be refreshing.”

Sadly, it doesn’t sound like Wendy will be joining the Real Housewives of New York. Jennifer commented that she heard through the grapevine that the talk show host “is not into [the idea].”

According to Toofab, Wendy shot down the rumors on a recent episode of The Wendy Williams Show. “I have a purple chair of my own! I mean, I like the ‘Housewives’ and stuff like that, but if you have a talk show that is your own, why would you?” Wendy stated. It also sounds like Wendy would have some boring strict rules about what she would be willing to share with RHONY viewers.

“First of all, you’re not coming to my apartment. You’re not checking out who I date, there would be so many no, no, nos that you would be bored with me!” Still, it would have been fun to see a single Wendy on the romantic prowl with Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer. That would be television gold!

In the end, Wendy wants to have “control” over what her fans see. “I tell you what I want you to know and keep a lot of secrets right here.” Wendy summed up her thoughts with one final statement. “Andy [Cohen], it’s not happening. Wendy is not a Housewife. As a matter of fact, she’s not even a wife!”

Of course, Wendy has ventured into reality television before. In 2011 she competed on Dancing With The Stars with dance pro Tony Dovolani.

For now, at least, it looks like Wendy will stick to commenting on Housewives drama, instead of being in the middle of it.
