Andy Cohen is finally back from vacation and ready to spill the tea!
Earlier this week, the Bravo boss returned to the airwaves with his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live on Radio Andy to comment on the casting of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newbies Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke.
“What makes Garcelle Beauvais an incredible addition to the group,” Andy dished during the broadcast (according to a tweet shared by fan account @LoveAndyC), “beyond the fact that she knows Rinna, she knows Denise, she knows the women, is — the thing that struck me when I saw her interview is how incredibly open she is. She is ready to go in the genre.”
According to Andy, the Haitian beauty’s forthcoming nature reminded him of none other than Season 9 rookie Denise Richards. Could we have another RHOBH fan favorite on our hands?

“In much of the same way that people responded to Denise so positively, I think that people will really get that about Garcelle too,” he added. “It’s fantastic that she’s coming on. I’m thrilled. I’m so happy.”
As for fellow newcomer Sutton Stracke, Andy revealed that Lisa Rinna‘s friend will bring the signature opulence and glamour of the 90210 to another level.

“Sutton Stracke is incredible,” he said. “I’m just going to let you find out about her. She’s the real deal. She’s got the Beverly Hills lifestyle on steroids.”
Former fashion model Garcelle and Southern debutante Sutton were tapped to join the cast in the wake of Lisa Vanderpump and Camille Grammer‘s dramatic departures from the series that made them both household names.

“Typically Bravo doesn’t announce casting too early,” Andy admitted. “But I’m so glad they announced this casting because there’s been so much speculation about what’s going to happen next year on Beverly Hills and what’s going to go on. So I think with this announcement you see that we are firmly in business there.”
Following the casting announcement, both Garcelle and Sutton have been spotted filming in New York City with returning ‘Wives Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Teddi Mellencamp, and Denise Richards during New York Fashion Week.
