It’s been a longggg time since I’ve been excited about a season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. But thanks to the Erika Jayne mess of it all, I’m completely obsessed with this season. Erika’s shady divorce from Tom Girardi amidst allegations of embezzlement is the real-life shit we’ve been waiting to see from these ladies. Not puppies or panties — give us the real-deal problems. And boy, these are as real as it gets.
Every day, something new comes out about the Erika of it all. She’s being sued for $25 million “loaned” from Tom, who we recently found out owes $101 million in debt. However, she doesn’t think she owes the victims any of the money back — they’re just gifts, anyway. And how’s a poor divorcee supposed to fund her $2 million mansion, new Range Rover, and private jet vacations without allegedly using the money Tom stole? Her charade makes me sick for the actual victims.
Thankfully, duo Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais are NOT having it. And Erika’s act is starting to crumble. She’s doing the bully routine against Sutton for questioning PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE PUBLISHED about her because EJ only wants loyal soldiers like Lisa Rinna.

And while Erika might think it’s “small town” for Sutton to care about her reputation, lawyers are allegedly trying to get Rinna on the stand since she’s been so ride-or-die for EJ. So no, Erika, it’s not about reputation. Sutton’s worried that because she offered EJ cash after her sham divorce (and after she allegedly spent $100k on Tom’s credit card before scooting out) that she might get deposed. And I don’t blame her.
During the latest RHOBH after-show, Kyle Richards gave some insight as to why she thought Erika lashed out during last week’s episode. In case you forgot, some of the ladies admitted to seeking legal counsel about the situation. And the Ice Queen showed her true colors. “Erika was obviously very upset and hurt and probably embarrassed that someone in our group would think like that, so she lashed out,” Kyle said, according to The Sun. I’d be embarrassed too if I was in Erika’s position acting the way she’s been acting this entire time.
The lovable Kathy Hilton also chimed in during the after-show. “I think she was just angry and at her tipping point, and she had it,” Kathy said. True, but it’d be way easier to sympathize if Erika made ONE heartfelt statement to the victims her husband allegedly stole from.
