It is bad news for Real Housewives of New Jersey and Game of Crowns. Real Housewives of New Jersey lost over 500K viewers, with 1.642 million total viewers (but only 994,000 viewers in the key demo) watching the holiday episode. The premiere of Game of Crowns did not garner 1.2 million viewers as previously reported. Actually, 666,000 watched the premiere and 516,000 watched this week‘s episode, and now Bravo bumped it out of its time slot next week in favor of Don’t Be Tardy.

Teresa shared in her episode blog this week that not only is she sorry about that slip directed toward Amber Marchese’s child, she’s also not sorry for finding Jim Marchese nauseating. Plus, she explains why we didn’t get a look at all of the gifts her family exchanged at Christmas. Her reason? She didn’t want to be tacky and a show off. Is she new here? Yes, yes she is!
Jim tells Joe Gorga, “I work with the same f**king attorney general that is prosecuting your brother, you dumbf**k.” Radar contacted the United States Attorneys’ office to ask about the claims James is making. They denied knowing him. “First of all, this man is incorrect. The Attorney General isn’t prosecuting the Giduices. The United States Attorneys’ Office is. As for the claims made by this man, we have never heard of him!”
“I wanted to clarify a few things from last week before I get into the details of this episode, especially after reading the twins’ blogs (I can’t help myself). The only thought that comes to mind with them is… chill out! None of us should take ourselves so seriously, especially considering we signed up for a reality show. I really hope everyone can see that I like to cut up and have fun,” Amber encourages. “I am giggling the entire time during my interviews. There will be moments that I tease others and moments that I get teased, nothing more than good-spirited fun. We are not curing cancer, nor am I conducting my oral thesis for a PHD.”
In Sunday’s episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey they celebrated Christmas and Teresa gave her daughters a puppy. Teresa reveals that the holiday spirit was in everyone and that she is getting along with Joe Gorga.
“The way you see my brother and I and our families all getting along in this episode is the way we always were. We were always close,” Teresa says. “Everybody goes through disagreements, but we were never in a dark place like the last couple of years… I adore my niece and nephews and love spending time with them. Antonia is so beautiful and those boys just melt my heart!”
Former Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin was also spotted… for reasons unknown. I have a feeling Jill sniffed out reality stars in Vegas, popped a squat, and hoped someone would pose for pictures with her. Oh Jill…
The event at Caesars Palace paired each of the housewives with a high roller from the casino for silly games. One game was walking on a runway. Of course, Kenya‘s no stranger to a runway, but she got ahead of herself and took a major spill. There are no words to describe what she did next! See video of Kenya’s fall and snapshots of the Bravolebrities below.
Melissa backtracks and now wishes she hadn’t said that she was moving away because of sister-in-law Teresa Giudice. “So as you already know, we moved to Franklin Lakes last September and you will see us in our rental home this season. We bought a property there and are building a house a couple miles away from where we are renting. Watching this episode makes me think about two things that I wish I could go back and erase. The first was making that statement about why we wanted to move and the second was not listening to my gut and going through with the sale of our Montville home to the person who bought it.”
Kai claims that things didn’t go in Melissa and Joe’s favor as several reports claimed after their court hearing last week. He shared the court order and some additional information with us.
Kai says the court hearing wasn’t anything like the news reports claimed. “I got a fair and favorable order by the Judge yesterday. The Judge never said or alleged that Mr. Gorga was getting their property back in 17 days, or the Judge would have ordered an eviction yesterday that would require the removal in 17 days. Nowhere in the order was an eviction granted.”
