Billie Lee has had quite the busy summer. Last month she was off celebrating Pride with Andy Cohen and the Bravo gang in New York City. Which just happened to be at the same time as Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s
made for TV wedding. I know I’d choose attending Pride over that Disney princess themed farce.
Shortly after that, she mentioned she cut down her role on the show to focus on her activism in the trans community. Then, Billie shared the news that she decided to quit Vanderpump Rules to focus on an anti-bullying campaign. I’m sure her experiences with Katie Maloney, Stassi Schroeder, and Kristen Doute made her a master on the subject matter. And now Billie has even more news to share.
Billie recently took to social media to share the news that she’s ready to have a baby! I think Billie will be a great mom. Working at SUR provided her a ton of experience dealing with petulant children.
But before the baby news dropped, Billie thanked everyone for their support in her decision to leave the show. She wrote, “I wanted to reach out and thank all my boo pies who sent their love and support last week.”
Billie admitted, “Leaving any job can be scary, we never know where life will take us but we do know when something doesn’t feel right.” Maybe she took a page from her mentor Lisa Vanderpump and her decision to exit the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
She stated, “It’s important we sit in silence and meditate on big life decisions because people can give us advice all day but no one will ever walk a day in our shoes.” Sound advice Billie!

Billie added, “I’m in a great place with my mental health, activism work, and career.” Not too long ago Billie discussed how Lala Kent helped her deal with some suicidal thoughts she was having, so this is welcome news.
She concluded, “I’m flying high with the power of gratitude and the support of my close friends and mentors. What more can a girl ask for!? Oh wait maybe a baby? Ya, that’s what I’ll ask for next!”
A big congrats to Billie and her decision to be a mom. We all saw her calmly and firmly put a temper tantrum throwing Lala in her place during her brunch event at SUR. She’ll do just fine as a mom.
