There’s been so much going on in the Bravo universe that Robyn Dixon should be thankful. Real Housewives of Potomac fans are distracted by so much drama on other shows that we can’t hyper-focus on the disaster that is her relationship with Juan Dixon. Robyn tried to sell her wedding last season as her happily ever after, but the red flags leading up to the ceremony were mere signs of what was to come.
After RHOP Season 7 wrapped, Robyn thought it would be cute to drop a bomb that prior to the wedding, Juan had another infidelity scandal. It involved texting a woman and paying for her hotel room, which still only feels like a portion of the story. The bigger bomb was that Gizelle Bryant also knew about this the entire season and kept her mouth quiet. Seriously, neither woman thought it was important to bring up during, let me reiterate, ROBYN’S WEDDING SEASON. The logic isn’t logical.
One person who echoed the RHOP fans’ anger about the way Robyn revealed Juan’s sneaky behavior was Candiace Dillard Bassett. While Gizelle and Ashley Darby knew damn well about Juan’s regrettable actions with another woman, they were trying to make Chris Bassett out to be the sneaky link of the group. Oh sorry, they just “forgot” to bring it up *eye roll*. Ratata Candiace has arrived on the scene ready to destroy what’s left of Robyn next season. Well, that’s if Robyn still finds a way to get a contract.
Candiace recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live and was asked to comment on the Robyn of it all, according to RealityBlurb!. She was the most shocked to find out that the Green-Eyed Bandits and Miss Ashley kept this little secret under wraps. “I was so, I was like flabbergasted and I felt bamboozled,” Candiace explained to Andy Cohen. “I felt like, ‘How can you all carry this fake story about Chris across the United States and back when you know that there is a real scandal afoot in Potomac?’ Talk about the scandal.” Period, sis. At least we can expect plenty more chaos from the Dixon household in Season 8.
Candiace went on to accuse Robyn of “lying” when she claimed she never read the texts between Juan and the other woman. CandeeGal also has been keeping up with the tea and talked about photos of Juan at a laundry mat with another woman. She’s really one of us.
She mentioned that Juan and the woman, who was also a coach, could have been washing the team uniforms and someone snapped an inconspicuous shot, but it doesn’t add up. “So sad. I don’t understand because, at this point, you’re trolling us now. Now you know we’re talking,” she said. “But why you going with the ho to the laundromat? Go by yourself. Send the assistant. Why is the head coach washing uniforms?” And now we said it. I hope CandeePants is writing down all of these questions for next season.
