Stassi Schroeder has been living her best life lately. Beau Clark, her sweet and funny boyfriend, popped the question in July of 2019. Oh, and he slipped that ring on Stassi’s finger in the most romantic of places–a cemetery. Well, that is pretty romantic to Stassi.
The couple is marrying in October in Rome, Italy. Stassi and Beau are so in synch that they even agreed to sign a prenup. And Stassi is part of a pregnancy pact with Vanderpump Rules besties Katie Maloney, Brittany Cartwright, and Lala Kent. Can you imagine how dramatic it would be with this squad all rocking baby bumps at the same time?
But what is happening this season on Pump Rules? There are a lot of new faces, and with them have come some controversy. New cast member Max Boyens had to apologize for racist tweets from his past. Brett Caprioni also issued an apology for racist tweets. And both spent a great deal of time trying to avoid boy-crazy Scheana Marie (also known as Scheana Shay.)
Let’s just say that the original Vanderpump Rules cast isn’t really feeling the newbies. Jax Taylor talked to HollywoodLife about the new cast members. “To me, some of them seem a little thirsty.” On an episode of her podcast, Give Them Lala…with Randall, Lala proclaimed, “Yeah. I don’t think they’re f*cking needed in any way.”

Yahoo! Lifestyle asked Stassi about where Vanderpump Rules goes from here. “We’re all a little confused this year, to be honest. Even while we were filming, we were like, “What’s going on?” It felt like we were filming two shows at once sometimes, but all we could really focus on was just doing what we normally do,” Stassi explained.
Stassi continued, “I don’t know what the future is for Vanderpump Rules. We all wonder about it, but it’s definitely different. There are a lot of us who are a little freaked out, like, “What the f**k is going on?” Same, Stassi. Same.

Stassi was asked if she would be interested in being on a show that featured the “OG” cast members separate from the new cast. “Absolutely, especially if it’s with all my friends. It’s just continuing what we’ve already done for eight years, but we’re just not working at SUR restaurant anymore,” Stassi said.
