It was difficult to have high expectations going into the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. We all knew that Lisa Vanderpump ditched the reunion, so what would the ladies have to talk about? As it turns out, plenty! Who knew that Camille Grammer would be the explosive ghost pepper hot sauce poured over a potentially bland reunion?
Of course, we all know Camille is outspoken and occasionally catty. But she is usually calm, cool and collected, carefully shooting her arrows with marksman-like precision. At the reunion, Camille has been angry, confrontational and unafraid to call it like she sees it. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, Kyle Richards and Denise Richards have all been on her raging radar. Camille feels she has been unfairly targeted and is ready to defend herself.
In her Bravo blog, Camille clarifies a number of points about Part 2 of the reunion. She begins by sharing, “The first critique directed at me was why I thought Teddi’s relationship with Kyle was “creepy” and why I felt she was up “Kyle’s ass.” This is relatively easy to account for as the clips from the season provide ample and damning evidence.” As Camille revealed that she is an ass connoisseur earlier in the season, we should probably take her word for Teddi being “up Kyle’s ass!”
Further explaining her point, Camille states, “Even Erika [Jayne] and Dorit [Kemsley] support these statements in various vignettes on the show. Teddi come lately, Kyle’s new best friend, little sister and henchwoman is hard for me to handle. She is accountable to no one and is obviously buddying up with Kyle to preserve a place in the group.”
You have to wonder–is Camille jealous of Kyle’s friendship with Teddi–after all, Kyle was her bridesmaid. Or is she just tired of Teddi’s know-it-all attitude? Is Teddi really Kyle’s henchwoman–or is she just acting out on her natural inclination to dominate every conversation? T.E.D.D.I. (Talking Every Damn Drama Incessantly) is never satisfied unless she has belabored every point and has the last word. Always.
Camille also took offense to Teddi insinuating that her friendship with Kyle was not strong enough for her to be asked to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. Camille declares, “Her comment that I was not sufficiently friendly with Kyle to ask her to be a bridesmaid is ridiculous and an example of her deficiencies and pretend civility. How would she know? She has been Kyle’s friend for less than 24 months. It also reveals her nastiness towards me and supports the fact that she snubbed my daughter at the airport which she did.”

Understandably, Camille might be hurt that Teddi implied that she does not have enough close friends to ask to be her bridesmaids. But you have to wonder–is Camille’s venom towards Teddi actually based on the alleged snub of Mason Grammer at the airport following the wedding?
Denise Richards is also called out in Camille’s blog for directing some barbs her way at the reunion. Dissing Denise, Camille says, “Denise’s broadsides are easier to deal with as they are far less sophisticated. I do find her instructions on how I should behave both presumptuous and obnoxious. Less offensive to me are her on-camera musings about whether I am ‘on something.’ I take this as a left-handed compliment from someone who clearly enjoys her tequila.”
Zing! In just a few curt sentences, Camille implies that Denise is dumb, rude and drinks too much. Game, set, match, Grammer!
What really set Camille off, however, was her wedding, which she calls “her greatest source of ire.” Surprisingly, Camille admits, “Despite what I said on the show, I invited all of the ladies to attend as I valued my friendships with each of them. None of them were obligated to attend and I do appreciate the fact that they traveled to my destination wedding.”
OK, so far, so good. Camille eats a little humble pie and confesses that she really did want the ladies at her wedding. Where everything went wrong was how her guests conducted themselves after the wedding.
Camille explains, “However, I did expect my guests to act with grace and dignity. Seeing the way the ladies behaved after the wedding is still very upsetting to me. I had higher expectations for the ladies from Beverly Hills, and I am still livid at the way they acted on the van ride to the airport.”
Wouldn’t that be your worst nightmare? To watch people trashing you immediately after one of the most special days of your life? Camille can be a handful, but she has the same emotions as the rest of us. I think.

One person Camille is not throwing under the airport van is LVP. Camille shares, “With respect to this season, she treated me much nicer than the Housewives who attended my wedding, so I will continue to appreciate her.”
Camille goes on to say about LVP, “I now have a greater understanding of why she didn’t film or attend the reunion. She is one sharp woman!” The same could be said about Camille, who knows how to throw shade and twist sharp knives with words in a way few Housewives can.

TELL US- DO YOU AGREE WITH CAMILLE’S POINTS ABOUT KYLE, TEDDI AND DENISE? DO YOU THINK TEDDI IS KYLE’S “HENCHWOMAN?” WERE CAMILLE’S CASTMATES DISRESPECTFUL TO HER IN THE VAN RIDE TO THE AIRPORT?
