Erika Jayne Tom Girardi RHOBH Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills-4

Airplane Crash Victim’s Family Emailed Tom Girardi Weekly Begging For Settlement Payouts

It’s hard to believe it could get any worse, but the allegations facing Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi just keep piling up. Tom lost his license to practice law, his house and allegedly even his health amidst allegations that he withheld millions of dollars from his clients for years without fault. Many of those settlements were intended for victims of horrific car accidents, plane crashes and more, but instead ended up in EJ’s glam budget. Erika has denied any involvement, but the evidence so far shows otherwise. It’s been fishy since she first filed a divorce against Tom that looked to be a ploy to protected her unearned riches.

This season of RHOBH is just getting to the tip of the Girardi iceberg after Erika announced her divorce to her friends at the end of last week’s episode. Most of the cast, aside from Sutton Stracke, seem to be supporting Erika and believing her cries of innocence. But the feds aren’t letting her off the hook that easy.

ABC released a documentary on Hulu dubbed the Housewife and the Hustler that is a deep-dive into the allegations against Tom. According to Us Weekly, some of the victims involved share their stories in the documentary. One man named Bias Ramadhan lost his mother, Hasnawati, in the Lion Air Flight 610 crash in 2018 and the Girardi firm helped get settlements from the victims’ families. However, Tom allegedly withheld those payments.

Bias said he’s sent weekly emails to Tom asking for the settlement money and still hasn’t received it. “We are the victims here. No him, not Tom, not his wife,” Bias said, referring to himself and his three siblings. “We just want to know, ‘Can we get our money and when will we get it?’ … We don’t even know.” Heartbreaking.

This is the one time I will agree with Kelly DoddTom definitely sounds like a crook to me. But he’s innocent until proven guilty blah blah blah. I don’t want to tempt anyone to go from selling their clothes to suing me for slander to pay their legal bills. So to make it clear, these are still ALLEGATIONS against the 81-year-old lawyer and his wannabe pop star wife.

TELL US – DO YOU BELIEVE ERIKA DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST TOM PRIOR TO FILING FOR DIVORCE? DO YOU THINK TOM PURPOSEFULLY IGNORED PLEAS FROM VICTIMS FOR THEIR SETTLEMENTS?
