When it comes to Real Housewives, each city is unique and handles drama in its own way. Some shows like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills see a lot of gang-ups and cover-ups to avoid talking about the real behind-the-scenes tea. Then you have a show like the Real Housewives of New Jersey, in which we saw every step of Teresa Giudice’s trip to “camp” (jail) and her divorce from Juicy Joe Giudice. Some cities are just more open about their mess than others. And I would argue that the Real Housewives of Potomac are the most up-front and real about the drama. Let us not forget the Karen Huger press conference heard around the world.
And some ladies could fit on other cities, while others would clearly never last a full season. That’s why I’m so hyped about the Real Housewives All-Stars spinoff — I want to see how the ladies interact with each other and everyone’s particular communication styles. Like, I think Heather Dubrow and her fancy pants attitude would do great on RHOBH. However, if you put someone like Ramona Singer in RHONJ, we’d probably see Dolores Catania and company run her into the ground.
In a recent moment of delusion, RHOBH star Lisa Rinna apparently thinks she’d be a great fit for RHOP. HA. Rinna is the queen of saying she owns it but really doesn’t. She’ll own outing Denise Richards on TV and subsequently throwing away a 20-year friendship. But when it comes to the legal mess that is Erika Jayne, that crosses the line in her book *eye-roll*. We should’ve known this ever since she threw a temper tantrum when Kim Richards asked her to talk about the husband. Yet, she thinks she’s the messiest of all time. It honestly makes for a good laugh.
In a series of Instagram stories captured by @queensofbravo, Rinna showed she’s a fan of the ladies of Potomac. And rightfully so. She made one story quoting the Grande Dame saying, “A hot box in sing sing.” Then, the absurdity came in. She wrote in another frame, “I want to do a guest appearance on Potomac. I want to go play with those hard core bitches.” YOU WISH. Everyone thinks they want to play with RHOP until they get in the ring. Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon would dig up allll the dirt about the husband. Wendy Osefo would put Rinna in the school of accountability and being a loyal friend.
And honestly, I wouldn’t even blame Candiace Dillard-Bassett for throwing another butter knife in messy ol’ Rinna’s direction. Now that I think of it, maybe it would be a good idea to have Rinna guest star and get eaten alive by the true Queens of Bravo. It’ll be the treatment she deserves after covering up for Erika all season long on RHOBH.
