Leah McSweeney Wishes Dolores Catania Joined Real Housewives All Stars To “Rip Ramona Singer A New One”; Wanted Erika Jayne In The Cast Too

It’s safe to say that nearly every Bravo fan is eagerly awaiting the premiere of the Real Housewives All-Stars series. The first rendition of the spin-off will follow seven women, and one surprise guest, from different cities on a tropical vacation that’s bound to be chock-full of tequila, drama and antics. The first cast includes Kyle Richards, the solo rep of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Real Housewives of New Jersey sista-in-laws Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice were there too, macrame and all. Of course, we had Real Housewives of New York OGs Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer. And Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey joined the party.

The cast for the first season of the spinoff has been controversial to say the least. Kandi Burruss of RHOA has let her dream cast picks be known. And OGs from the Real Housewives of Orange County Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson begged to get in on the action. Despite the mixed feelings, the show’s down to be good. I mean, you have the Ramonacoaster and Twirl on the same vacay. Some messiness is bound to go down.

RHONY’s Leah McSweeney recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live to give her opinion on who should be added to the cast, because really it should be bigger. “I would add Dolores (Catania) because I would want to see her rip Ramona a new one,” Leah said, apologizing to Mona right after. And she also picked Erika Jayne, an interesting choice particularly on the dawn of RHOBH Season 11. And it probably wouldn’t be a good look for her to go on a lavish vacation these days.

But Leah’s right, Patterson Dolores would be a great addition. We know she doesn’t have the fondest feelings for Ramona and her forgetful (Read: rude) attitude. She’s an independent woman who’s not afraid to pop off on Joe Gorga or Danielle Staub, especially when it comes to defending Tre. Plus, Dolo is always a good time on vacation.

Leah’s issues with Ramona run-deep, since the first few episodes of her RHONY career. We know she loves to see people challenge Ramona and her ways. And with Ramona still talking bad about Leah’s behavior, particularly towards Holla Heather Thomson, she was bound to clap back. I am a little shocked she didn’t pick herself, Sonja Morgan and Tinsley Mortimer, to re-enact their famous tiki torch pool party.
