Someone might want to call Shaggy and the Gang, put oil in the Mystery Machine, and start looking for Erika Jayneâs money stash. Pretty soon Tom Girardi is going to start grumbling about âthose meddling kidsâ, except those kids are lawyers and those lawyers want payment on multiple debts. While EJ is playing the innocent victim on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the shit is hitting the fan in real time.
Erika continues to look for a lull on her legal calendar, but it isnât coming today. Erika and Tommyâs combined troubles have become less about making good on financial promises and more about discovering who someoneâs true character is. After the way Erika has conducted herself, people are questioning her moral compass in general and now, so is another law firm. With the tales of alleged fraud and embezzlement, is it outlandish to think the couple faked their divorce? Lawyers Philip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn say thatâs a big NOPE.
Add two more to the list! I mean Christ, did Tom ever pay anyone? As more news unfolds, it looks like the only one that got money from Tom was Erika. Allegedly. Teamwork makes the dream work and that policy often works during the bonds of matrimony. And sometimes those bonds work when the matrimony needs to disappear in an effort to hide gross displays of wealth purchased with money stolen from other people. Hypothetically, of course.
According to Radar, Erika caught another case questioning the integrity of her divorce with No Longer Big Tommy. Legal docs show the law office of Philip R. Sheldon and the law firm of Robert P. Finn are suing EJ for $5 million in damage in a dispute originally meant for Tom only.
Once again the Tom and EJ are accused of breach of contract and fraud. In other news, Websterâs Dictionary has updated their âfraudâ definition with: \ ËfrČŻd \, intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right, see: Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi.

The suing lawyers claim they referred thousands of cases to Tom and Girardi Keese âpursuant to an agreement to share in the attorneysâ fees paid when the cases settledâ. Unfortunately, Tom has been unable to share any fees unless they are associated with $40k a month glam. Get this, the gentlemen suing âare both seniors who devoted the twilight years of their careers to working on these cases with the promise and expectation that they would have the resources necessary to retire once Girardi paid them for the services they performedâ. So a couple of older dudes got jacked out of receiving payment for the last cases they worked on. How nice.
The attorneys believe âGirardi embezzled and redirected the funds to family members, friends, partners, lenders, and creditors, and used the money to fund outrageously lavish lifestyles for himself and his wife Erika Jayne, who is better known as one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsâ. JOIN THE CLUB, GUYS.

Both lawyers want to prove, âGirardi and his firm âloanedâ millions of dollars to Girardiâs wife, and then filed a sham âdivorceâ to fraudulently keep the money from Plaintiffs and other vulnerable victims.â But, but, Erika is the victim here. Auto-tune is expensive, people.
Another day, another issue for Erika. Listen, itâs not her fault the last time someone smiled when she walked into a room was 1976, but girlfriend needs to start doing damage control. If she were as smart as she wants people to think, she would pawn that Panther ring and hire a decent PR firm to salvage her image. Amid the other lawsuits, investigation of her assets, and this new $5 million case, she was right about one thing after all â itâs more EXXXP3N$IVE than ever to be Erika Jayne.
TELL US- DO YOU THINK ERIKA AND TOMâS DIVORCE IS FAKE? HAS YOUR OPINION ON ERIKA CHANGED? CAN HER IMAGE BE SAVED?
