Here’s The Reality TV I’m Watching This Week

Football season is officially over and Bravo has a fully stocked roster for us this week. Real Housewives of Potomac and Below Deck are coming to their ends. It’s time for some reunion reckonings. Then there’s Vanderpump Rules, Real Housewives of New Jersey, and Summer House which are all just getting their start!

Sunday – Real Housewives of Potomac

It’s time for some reunion antics! I’m still cringing from Robyn Dixon and Juan Dixon’s wedding. SIDE EYE. The trailer for this year’s reunion gave some promise. We learn more about Ashley Darby’s divorce from the rich gremlin. She claims the prenuptial agreement they made did “not work out in [her] favor.” Jaqueline Blake’s sexual relationship with Gordon Thornton will be discussed in detail. Gizelle Bryant will also have to answer for her allegations against Chris Bassett. Then we can all talk about who needs recasting for next year! Who will make the cut!?

Monday – Below Deck

When we left off last week, Captain Sandy Yawn was picking a fight with the interior because she overheard the sounds of a conversation. Tsk tsk. Luckily everyone makes it out of the charter with their jobs. Sandy decided to make things cohesive. She organizes a volleyball competition. I’m just loving how Nanny 9-1-1 she is acting with this crew for some reason. What are the odds she puts Ross McHarg in timeout for using his position as her bosun for fulfilling his sex-addict tendencies?

Monday – Summer House

And after Below Deck it’s time for a new season of Summer House! This season will feature a social rearrangement of the veteran cast. We’ll see the falling out between Lindsay Hubbard and her longtime bestie, Danielle Olivera. We’ll also see Carl Radke and Lindsay’s relationship for the first time (except for their brief stint on Winter House). The other central drama of the season appears to be between Kyle Cooke and Carl over their roles at LoverBoy. I can’t wait!

Tuesday – Real Housewives of New Jersey

In the premiere episode, Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga unveiled their latest scheme to fight with Teresa Giudice all season. They’re upset Melissa wasn’t asked to be a bridesmaid. It doesn’t get much less relatable than that for me. And the thirst is getting to be a bit much, honestly. Joe could barely be bothered to put on a shirt for half the episode. Am I the only one wondering what kind of never-ending feud agreement these siblings made in order to achieve a high society in Franklin Lakes?

Wednesday – Vanderpump Rules

I have to give Vanderpump Rules some credit. I enjoyed the premiere. I have hope for this season, everyone!! Raquel Leviss is living her best life for us while James Kennedy hops into yet another love bomb affair. Lala Kent has been humbled back to her thirsty working girl days. Most importantly, it’s Tom Schwartz’s ragamuffin comeback era. He’s our modern Jax Taylor. It feels promising, no?
