Here’s The Reality TV I’m Watching This Week

Nothing is keeping my attention quite like Vanderpump Rules these days. I know the news cycle has been completely dominated, and there may even be some VPR fatigue going around, but we are living inside of Reality TV history right now. Not only that, but Teresa Giudice’s show is making moves as well. I won’t be ripped from this moment. Join me for what I’m watching this week!

Tuesday – Real Housewives of New Jersey

Just get me to the wedding and the reunion already! I am dying to see how the final (I assume) showdown between Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice turns out. Other important info to look for in Episode 12 airing this week: Dolores Catania has an Irish boyfriend. RIVETING. The third most relevant storyline this season? Jenifer Aydin’s marital trouble with Bill Aydin. Let the record state that plastic surgeons are not to be trusted in these streets.

Watch on Bravo Tuesday at 8 PM ET.

Wednesday – Survivor *SPOILERS*

Are you keeping up with Season 44 of Survivor? I haven’t been, but I love this show. Time for a binge-watch! I love catching up for the final half of a Survivor season. Just in time for the peak drama. This week Episode 9 will be airing. Fans can look forward to the ripples of Brandon Cottom’s blindside. Meanwhile, Danny Massa is on the hunt for an idol. And what is going to happen with Jaime Lynn Ruiz’s fake idol? Only time, and our cutie in cargos, Jeff Probst, will tell.

Watch on CBS Wednesday at 8 PM ET.

Wednesday – Vanderpump Rules

Yes yes yes. Again, I will be watching Pump Rules this week. We are a snake eating its tail at this point, but who cares. Last week, Katie Maloney started to press Tom Sandoval for spending so much time with Raquel Leviss off-camera. She called him out for partying at The Abbey with the mistress in question. Tom and his cheekbones did their best to act shocked by the accusation, but we all know the truth. This week is sure to be another jaw-dropping look into the #1 Scandol of the modern Bravo era. Join me!

Watch on Bravo Wednesday at 9 PM ET.

Streaming – Vanderpump Rules

No, it’s not a typo. I’m pathetically pushing more VPR on you. But if you aren’t already deep diving into the early seasons of Vanderpump Rules, you’re doing it wrong. Head to Peacock now and take a stroll down memory lane. There’s nothing quite like realizing Jax Taylor was right about Tom Sandoval (and Tom Schwartz, for that matter) the entire time. As humbling as it is troublingKristen Doute almost seems principled from the vantage of hindsight. Your soul needs this wake-up. I don’t make the rules.

Stream on Peacock now.

Streaming – Dear Mama

This is a five-part docuseries covering Tupac Shakur and his mother’s complex relationship. (I’d be remiss to not throw in a Lala Kent quip here, and I hate myself for it). Dear Mama’s first episode primarily covers Tupac, beginning with the night of his death. The series covers the events leading up to Pac’s murder as well as his evolving relationship with his mother over the course of his career. The show is a feature on FX, with episodes available to stream on Hulu.

Watch on Hulu now.
